Memorial Day Monday and somehow they only had two people working. The young lady working the “front” by herself was super pleasant and professional despite totally inundated with customers and very odd questions.
I dont know her name but she did an amazing job… if she isn’t a manager already, she should be TOMORROW!

So we went through the drive thru. Ordered 3 pub sandwiches. 2 burgers, 1 chicken. Asked for no cheese on the burgers, they had to be remade 3 times. Yes 3xs. The woman making the sandwiches asked what the problem was again!?!? The store manager said sarcastically, a complicated order. How hard is it, NO CHEESE. This place is just not a normal Wendy's. I went online to try the app because my office is literally right around the corner. I ordered four chicken tenders and a diet coke. I come to pick up my order. And they are out of chicken tenders. So they offer me a 10-piece nugget instead and I take it because I'm very hungry. Then I look up at the pricing that my chicken tenders would have been about $7 and the nuggets we're around $5 something. The staff is nice enough to offer something...read full review
