“I took my son here today for a Mario Happy Meal. On the way in his head was bumped on the door handle. A very kind man, who was likely the manager brought him some ice in a bag without us even asking and checked on us later on as well. He also brought our food to the table. Our order was correct and we had a great lunch dining inside. With customer service almost non existent these days, this man is a gem of an employee. While I didn't catch his name he had glasses and a cross tattoo on his forearm.“

“This was the best Taco Bell in PA I ever had aside from one in Pasadena California in like 2012. “I want to leave a great review for this store. Every time I visit, I notice how clean and well-maintained everything is. The customer service is excellent, and I understand that when they are very busy it can be challenging to attend to everyone right away.
I really appreciate how the team acknowledges customers, greets them, and lets them know they will be helped shortly. That shows great communication and respect for the customers. The lobby and bathrooms are always very clean, the food is fresh and hot, and they are always willing to make fresh chicken if you don’t mind waiting.
My recommendation is to call ahead if you are in a hurry and want to avoid waiting for fresh food. Overall, this location does a great job keeping a clean environment and providing good service.“

They were delicious just like the first time .
Only issue is they don't have any locations closer to me in Delaware county .
I visited the Philadelphia location near 84th street . Nice dine in experience.“

“Update: Never say Never -- I'm obliged to say I just had to have chic fil A here again. I'm perhaps a hypocrite. Or loyal? Maybe I'm being too hard on myself. And my previous review has been changed just about full circle. I feel like I was pissed about the fries and one employee who was a tool and a couple sandwiches were wrong. But the past several times I returned -- 5 ***** The staff is very good well informed on how they would want to be treated at the good old chic fil A, or anywhere. It means a lot to the customer. We're ALL customers somewhere. We all share that piece, that understanding. It's full circle. 🐥 fries are back to being much better, and the service on point and the food still great otherwise the chicken sandwiches and sauces and condiments the whole thing. Is why they are so busy. I swallow my pride and admit my past three visits were 5*****. I have deleted my previous post as I'd like to go forward and start fresh, forgive me🙏“

“Stopped by for a quick bite and honestly, it hit the spot. The fries were fresh out of the fryer (major win), and the burger had that perfect messy, cheesy vibe you crave when you’re starving. “I had to come on and talk about the young man I believe he said his name was Ben. I was in twice yesterday and during the second trip with my older son he came over to ask how everything was. My son who has anxiety and autism and usually won’t talk to me when we are out starts asking Ben his birthday. I told my son he was working and couldn’t talk. This young man had a full conversation with my son and said that was his job to make sure my son enjoyed his time there. I can not thank you enough. “I had the good fortune of staying close to this restaurant when I was up in the area. I absolutely loved everything we tried. So the sweet potatoes, mac n cheese, chicken wings, breakfast, drinks, this special drink the owner’s daughter makes, it was all so delicious! But what makes this place unforgettable, is the staff, it’s clearly a family run restaurant with a family that treats you like one of their own. Plus, unlike a lot of places I ate at in the Philly area, they know how to season food! Oh! I almost forgot! The grits were so good, and also the cheese fries, but the owners son made the best onion rings and sauce I’ve ever had! Seriously such a hidden gem.“

He showed us our platters when they were ready, so we could indicate exactly how much of each sauce we wanted. The falafel was nice and crispy on the outside, and seasoned beautifully. The rice was also delicious, and the salad was fresh. My partner equally enjoyed his chicken and rice platter. The interior of the truck (which is what matters) appeared very clean and well kept. Im from the brookhaven-Media extension where Wendy's and BKs grow their own cows and tell customers to wait at a parking lot for 3 business years and still miss orders, and McD in Brookhaven 1000ft away from my home scammed my daughter to spend full price on Happy Meal without the meal which is a death sentence. I stop here often because it’s right across from Robin Ford where I charge my EV. (Which takes 2 hours.) You can always hear the staff laughing and joking in the back, which is a good sign.
