“This place is the best. The staff is amazing always kind and helpful. The manager has been kind and NEVER rude to my kids. In fact I felt so bad one day my son made a huge mess I was cleaning and the staff was so thoughtful and helped me clean it up without making me feel terrible. This is the best dairy queen ever only problem is my kids wanna go everyday now!!!“

“Very friendly staff and nice new location. My complaints are the condiment counter is never restocked, and the screens to order don't sync with the Wendy's app like McDonalds does, and the QR code readers never scan correctly. They need to update the those if they want you to be able to order at the screen instead of the counter.“

“They are all pretty much the same everywhere. But I sat in drive-thru waiting to be helped but eventually just pulled over and went in because no one answered. Inside there was only one touchscreen worked but no one at the counter. I'm just glad this one got my kids food order right for a change! Thanks guys!“

“I had the best costumer service and the greatest attitude from donte this evening at subway, I always ask a lot of questions (probably annoying ones) he answered them for me was very polite and helpful I was super excited to be able to have a spinach wrap for my sweet onion teriyaki sandwich and I asked for extra dressesing on the side he was definitely a pleasure and it was a very refreshing experience thank you so much and the wrap was delicious“

“We are not from.the area nt everytime we go to Lancaster we stop here along the way. Best taco bell bu far. They spread ingredients evenly so each bite has everything. Hate when you bite a cheesy bean and rice burrito and first bite is all the rice then beans etc. This one ALWAYS spreads it which make is sooo much better. Only taco bell that does that. Keep.it up!“

“This McD's had a clean and comfortable dining area today, which seems uncommon among McDonald's I've been to recently. The play place is a huge draw for my kids, too! Today I saw firsthand how the staff cares for the dining area. My 5-yr-old spilled her milk at a table in the play area. I got her cleaned up a bit and by the time I was headed to the counter to tell them about the mess, a [manager?] and a couple other staff were headed our direction already. The manager asked one of the staff to mop up the spill and then gave me a replacement milk. What could have been a sad, messy or even embarrassing experience, ended up highlighting how this McD's is a step above.“

“Broken machine. Ordered something else waited quite a while got up to the window the other machine broke. Only able to get one out of the 5 items we ordered. Wasn't told until we waited for a long time in line. Girls very apologetic but dropped a star.“
