You definitely can't leave without getting some of their frozen custard—it’s incredibly rich and creamy. The atmosphere has such a fun, nostalgic vibe, and the staff are always super friendly and quick. It’s a consistently delicious experience every single time.“

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “Great food, great service, the display case is always filled with cakes, novelties etc. They have more blizzard flavors then most DQ's I've been too. On top of their prices being cheaper then other DQ's in the area they always run sales so I save even more. With inflation I'm always in for a Sale?“

“We love Jersey Mike’s! We went to the one in West Chester yesterday. Dad & I had Cheesesteaks that were delicious on Wheat bread. Mom had an Italian Hoagie which was really good too. We will definitely be going back to Jersey Mike’s soon.“

“Originally this was gonna be a one star review after my initial experience but after returning to the store and speaking the manager. It has changed this to a 5 star review as he was quick and respectful about remedying the situation. I’m very glad I went back and spoke with the manager as this location is usually very solid about there portion sizes.“

“I enjoy this CFA. I order pretty frequently. What I don’t enjoy is their 25% success rate of remembering straws. Sometimes people are unhappy which isn’t a huge bother but not having the straw means a parched drive home which is a bummer.“

“Out of all the chick fila we have been to - the staff and food here were better than the others. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh.

There is a staff member named Yuri who was helping a mom of 4 young kids. He was assisting her in cleaning up and also cleaning up the baby while she was helping her other kids. I have never witnessed that type of service before… Yuri went above and beyond - and then he also went around making sure everyone else had what they needed…

“So I started ordering the old school pan pizza. No local shop makes this so there's a bit if nostalgia here and there's just so few real Pizza Huts around that I was pretty excited to find this little gem not too far away. Every order has been fantastic. The toppings are plentiful and the associates are courteous and friendly. You always see employees hustling. I've moved on to their spicy marinara and the stuffed crust is amazing. While my orders have changed, the quality from this store hasn't. This Pizza Hut is exemplary. I only wish I lived a little closer! Thanks all!“

“It’s my first time here and I got the Steakhouse and my godmother got the Soprano. She got parm fries and I got sweet potato fries with a hot chocolate milkshake. The burger is very good and the milkshake is delicious. I highly recommend this place. It reminds me of an updated Five Guys but better. I’ll be back again.“
