Great food, great service, the display case is always filled with cakes, novelties etc. They have more blizzard flavors then most DQ's I've been too. On top of their prices being cheaper then other DQ's in the area they always run sales so I save even more. With inflation I'm always in for a Sale?
I have a profound and heartfelt connection with the Dairy Queen located in the Marketplace at Westtown Shopping Center. I was having some issues with the mobile app, and visited the store. When I came into this location I talked to Spencer who was able to walk me through how to process my order to use my rewards. He was here when I visited again and I wanted to specially recognize him for his customer service during my last few visits. I appreciate his help and dedication toward helping customers.

Westtown Dairy Queen is the best!!!! It offers fantastic service with friendly, helpful staff who go above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed. The staff, especially Spencer, consistently makes amazing treats like blizzards, shakes, and sundaes. Customers travel from nearby towns to enjoy their delicious menu items, as the quality and taste are unmatched. Ordering through Door Dash is easy, and the customer service remains excellent. The medium malted chocolate shake is highly recommended for its noticeable malt flavor. With generous portions filled with tons of candy swirl in blizzards and a great atmosphere when Spencer is at the helm, Dairy Queen provides a fabulous experience for everyone.
