“My sons and I love their burgers and fries, a treat after shoe shopping, always a good time. Both my sons are on the autism spectrum. This chain gives us a safe, low-key, happy family environment for our neuro-spicy family. If you like burgers and fries, give them a try. A large fry is still too much for the 3 of us, but we took home the extras for the grandparents. They reheat splendidly.“

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “I absolutely love eating here! Their steakburgers are always cooked to order and have that perfect crispy edge, and the shoestring fries are arguably the best around. You definitely can't leave without getting some of their frozen custard—it’s incredibly rich and creamy. The atmosphere has such a fun, nostalgic vibe, and the staff are always super friendly and quick. It’s a consistently delicious experience every single time.“

“It’s my first time here and I got the Steakhouse and my godmother got the Soprano. She got parm fries and I got sweet potato fries with a hot chocolate milkshake. The burger is very good and the milkshake is delicious. I highly recommend this place. It reminds me of an updated Five Guys but better. I’ll be back again.“

“Originally this was gonna be a one star review after my initial experience but after returning to the store and speaking the manager. It has changed this to a 5 star review as he was quick and respectful about remedying the situation. I’m very glad I went back and spoke with the manager as this location is usually very solid about there portion sizes.“

No local shop makes this so there's a bit if nostalgia here and there's just so few real Pizza Huts around that I was pretty excited to find this little gem not too far away. Every order has been fantastic. The toppings are plentiful and the associates are courteous and friendly. You always see employees hustling. I've moved on to their spicy marinara and the stuffed crust is amazing. While my orders have changed, the quality from this store hasn't. This Pizza Hut is exemplary. “I frequent this location on my lunch break. I’m always very impressed with the quality of customer service here. There is a gentleman who I think is the manager, who is consistently running the drive-through lanes, at least during my lunchtime. I always appreciate seeing people in higher up positions performing the duties of the people they are in charge of. It’s part of the reason I choose this McDonald’s over other ones in the area. My order is always correct. They only occasionally forget my barbecue sauce.“

“I enjoy this CFA. I order pretty frequently. What I don’t enjoy is their 25% success rate of remembering straws. Sometimes people are unhappy which isn’t a huge bother but not having the straw means a parched drive home which is a bummer.“

As for the food, its always been on point. Service is usually pretty good. Whomever worked the drive thru today around 9:00am was super nice. There is another woman who works many shifts there and she is also super nice!“

“Let me just say there’s a cashier, John, at this location and he’s the friendliest person I’ve ever met. He’s very quick and efficient when checking out however he takes the time to make you feel welcomed and he’s always in a good mood. “There was an issue with the app not working properly and the first woman I dealt with was extremely rude and refused to help me and would not tell me what her name was. A second woman named Deja (sorry if I spelled name wrong) stepped in and was willing to make it right. As a customer service professional myself for that first woman to flat out refuse to help me or even give me her name is completely unacceptable but Deja clearly understands customer service and deserves a raise. The other woman shouldn’t be in customer service.“
