“Our waiter was very personable and helpful. The appetizers were fantastic and so was the naan bread. I would have picked a different entree but that’s the chance I always take when trying a new dish. I would come back for sure.”
“We stop in now and again for breakfast. Food is always good. Always meet new people there which is nice. This time service was unparalleled, Caeley (?) is a new standard for service and thank you for making our breakfast fantastic.”
“I can't rave about this place enough! Omg I love it so much. The food is DELICIOUS, the staff is wonderful, the ambiance is perfect. We were there for valentine's day and there was no crowd, no slow service, absolutely nothing to complain about. I'm recommending this place to everyone I ”
“Went here with my husband a few weeks ago because we heard good things about the food. Asked the owner for suggestions and he killed it! The samosas were delicious, chicken was flavorful and beef was tender. The owner was very friendly and we'll definitely be returning soon.”
“Clean, friendly, organized, and good food! Had 3 different tacos; they were great and the sauce(yes, one of them is h-hot!)! Can't wait to try some other foods, there! Generally a take-out place with a couple of seats for eat-in! They seem extremely efficient in putting out their product!”
“I tried the food at Taco Mar last night and came back today as well! This is by far the most authentic Mexican food in the area. The burritos, tacos, chips, and desserts are fantastic. Highly recommend.Parking: Drive through and walk up.”
“First time eating here and I'm absolutely blown away. Food was amazing! Super fresh and flavorful. Atmosphere was pleasant and staff was super friendly. Definitely the best place to eat in these neck of the woods!”
“The coffee tastes so good compared to other diners. Their food is served hot, and stays hot for some time. The omelets are very delicious and a perfect amount of ingredients. The pancakes are soft and fluffy. We just started coming here because we got tired of the other places, and we're happy we did.”
“I've driven past the back of the restaurant numerous times, and I always thought it was a factor. Because the restaurant is tucked away. I've never been to Victory Brewing Company before (Since I am not much of a beer drinker), and I was told they have some pretty good food. We decided to give it a try, and I was not disappointed.****Parking: Free Parking Lot-Restaurant-I was surprised at how open the restaurant was when I first walked in. There's a nice area on the left for people to buy beers to go, as well as any merchandise for anyone interested. There's plenty of seating both inside and outside. There's also a bar area, and a private area. Everything's clean and organized. In addition, I was also told they offer brewery tours for anyone interested.-Service-Hostesses are friendly. Our 1st waiter was only there long enough to provide us with drinks, as well as some light beer samples for me to try due to a shift change, I assume. (I love this, especially for someone who doesn't drink beer and wants to try different varieties.) Our replacement waitress is friendly and accommodating.-Food-What we ordered:-Fried Mozzarella Cheese Curds (Very good, I normally do not like Mozzarella sticks because of the texture. But these bite size Cheese Curds are perfect, light, airy and flavorful)-Classic Fried Pickles (Not a huge fan of this one. Way too salty)-DirtWolf BBQ Pizza (Good)-Boneless Korean BBQ Wings (Very good)-Classic buffalo Breaded Wings (Very good)-Fish and Chips (Very good, one of the best Fish and Chips I've had.) It is nicely breaded and doesn't fall apart like some of the other Fish and Chips I've had. The only thing I did not like about it was the Chips (Fries). I was not aware it came with Cajun fries. But their regular fries are just perfect, crispy on the outside and soft inside. In conclusion: I would definitely go again. If not for beer, at least for the good food.”
“We met friends here for lunch on a Saturday. The place was very busy, especially given its fairly small size. The food was great, with the fries being quite delicious. The menu items were rather unique with interesting possibilities. They also have an excellent beer selection. It was a bit more crowded than I prefer, but the staff kept up despite that.”
“Great food and great people! We ordered cheese steaks and pizza’s. They were all excellent and fast for a Friday night. I didn’t take the pictures before they were eaten!”
“Fresh real food smoothies. if you want fresh, tasty, healthy smoothies, and smoothie bowls, and a variety of sandwiches this is the place to go. Friendly service and each item is made to each specific order. The café itself is cute and clean. It’s a great addition to Downingtown great place for healthy food.”
“Lovely space, the staff was so nice to us and friendly about answering questions, bag hooks at the bar (so important!), pretty good wine (subjective so can't really leave a review about this part), great menu descriptions for the different wines including a little about how they are made. Two of us got a flight and one of us just got a non-alcoholic drink, no food. The bathrooms are what I think of as European-style with fully closed stalls which I like. The bathrooms are also non-gendered which I also like, but threw my dad a bit. So clean! Would go back!”
“This place is great. Don't believe the negative press, money spent here is well spent.Kid-friendliness: They don't have a "kid's section", but they're cool with kids who are well-behaved.”
“My husband and I went to De La Terre for a belated Valentine’s Day celebration and had a wonderful time! The ambience was lovely. Well decorated, tables were not crowded, easy to hear conversations and perfect lighting. Everyone was very friendly, and service was prompt but all the food was well timed. We never felt rushed to finish a dish to make room for another. Our amuse-bouche was a morel mushroom stuffed with goat cheese, and a wonderful start to the meal. We ordered the french onion soup, tuna tartare, and beet salad to start. All were the best version we have had. The tuna tartare was bursting with flavor, and the goat cheese ice cream was a wonderful added touch to the beet salad. For mains, my husband had the halibut and I had New York strip with blackened cabbage and a mustard sauce. These were also both divine, perfectly cooked and so flavorful. All in all, we had a lovely time and a fantastic meal. We will be returning!”
