I don't write a ton of reviews but honestly the nicest staff of any Starbucks I've been to. Sarah especially is so sweet. While I was working, she hand delivered my food and drink, asked if I needed a water, and told me about the free refills they offer. Really above and beyond customer service. My ham and cheese croissant was warmed perfectly too :)
I've ordered ahead here 3 times and each time my brown sugar shaken espresso has not been shaken; you could clearly see they just poured the espresso in and then the oatmilk on top. Usually I just stir it up at home, but today I was on my way to work so I asked them to shake it. Obviously this isn't a huge deal, just something management might want to make a note of during training.
Have ordered online/through Doordash several times and as an ex partner myself, These guys are amazing! My order is always perfect. Thank you guys!

Starbucks Coffee Company is a brand new location that has quickly become a favorite in the area. The staff is extremely nice, friendly, sweet, genuine, and funny, offering above and beyond customer service with amazing energy. Many note it is the nicest staff of any Starbucks they have been to, creating a very lively atmosphere. The hospitality and care make customers feel comfortable and appreciated.
The drinks and food generally receive positive remarks. Specific items mentioned include the ham and cheese croissant, which was warmed perfectly, the brown sugar shaken espresso, and the pink drink and grilled cheese, which were delicious. While drinks are usually completed quickly and correctly, there can be occasional inconsistencies, such as a drink not being shaken as ordered.
The new store has limited seating inside, with only five two-seater tables in total. A monitor on the wall helps customers follow their order status. Overall, it is considered a great place with exceptional service that keeps customers happy, grateful, and eager to return.
