“I can only speak on the Downingtown drive-thru location. The manager was friendly and enthusiastic. If you want drive-thru Mexican food, it's way above Taco Bell. It's the same food as their restaurant locations but with faster, drive-thru service. My burrito was delicious! The only negative was the burrito was in a cold tortilla. Their tortilla chips were excellent as well. The best part is their prices have lowered! You must try the shrimp tacos as well!“

“This is a thorough 5 star review, I've had pretty much everything on the menu by now and I have yet to be disappointed. Consistency is a very strong point of this place: the flavor of the meats, the portion size, and especially the execution (crispiness) of fried items is consistently great order after order. Huge bonus points for being one of the rare affordably-priced restaurants in the WC area AND for their weekend tamales. 10/10 would recommend.

Froman Burrito with fresh avocado and extra cheese, its the best breakfast I have had in town.I see a lot of complaints about pricing and wait times, and Jaco has a tiny kitchen/restaurant so I feel confident they are just doing the best they can in regards to wait time.Pricing? The price of food has barely gone up in 6 years (3 dollars per taco? in this economy? amazing), and the restaurant looks clean and runs efficiently. “I do not reccomwnd atexquita. I went there for dollar taco night a couple months back and they let us know they no longer offer that but instead a different special. Not a problem at all, the problem was that they wanted until after we ate to tell us it was cash only or we had to pay full price. When i asked the waiter why we weren’t informed before we were told we should have known. I asked to speak to the manager and received the same response, we should have known and they would charge us full price if we didn’t have cash on us. I have asked to speak with the owner and/or another manager and still have yet to receive any response either via Facebook or email. I would not waste my time here if I was you, it was an experience i wish i never had.“

“This is our go to Mexican take out place. Some good food here, better than fast food. Every so often the tamales are a bit dry on the edges (like they're not as fresh, reheated), but most of the time they're awesome (we get them every time). Burritos are good, but not the best (veggies taste frozen, not saying they are). Alambre and quesadillas are great. Great, spicy chicken tortilla soup. Good stuff

Parking: Street parking in residential area, usually a little right, but I can usually park within a block to do take out

Wheelchair accessibility: I do not believe this is wheelchair accessible -small place whose main entrance is up a few steps.“
