“This is located on Horshoepike in strip mall where crops and rite aid are located. The parking is challenging for this location, but you can park closer or use their drive-through. I have done both ordering in and also through drive-through. They are very fast in service and of course it's Dunkin' it's got be fast right ! The staff is friendly and courteous and takes and gives out orders well. The location interior is maintained well with seats. The food, as such bagels, hash browns, and donuts, is your dunkin style and meets sane taste and standards as other locations. Try this place and you might well like it !!!“
“I can't believe I'm giving a Dunkin' a 5-star review. Just came here out of necessity to work while I waited for my car to get inspected, and ended being very pleasantly surprised. The whole place has been renovated and is really a nice environment and atmosphere for work. The donuts looked fresh, but I didn't get any. I got an iced coffee, and it was miles better than iced coffee used to be at Dunkin'. I'm excited to try their iced coffee with blueberry flavoring and cream next time. They also have order kiosks - the whole experience feels modern and much more chic than I ever thought possible with Dunkin', which I usually associate with lameness and expensive but old-feeling stuff.“
“Super friendly staff, piping hot drinks, delicious doughnuts. The best drive thru of any fast food in the area because of that. I avoid caffeine since I'm very sensitive but this Dunkin is local to me and it's never a rushed or impersonal experience :)“
“Love this place! My wife and I come through a few times a week. The coffee and the baristas bring such a bright atmosphere, even on rainy days. I cannot recommend it enough! We knew after our first visit that it would be our favorite. We're going to host our vow renewal under that Elm tree next year if I have anything to say about it! (I recommend the scones, and their fresh-baked focaccia sandwiches. They also have a ton of gluten-free options if you're wondering.)“
“I had no idea this gem was so close by. The donuts are hot and made to order, you are able to customize your donut toppings or pick from their seasonal or fan favorite menu. For great quality donuts these are very cheap! Same price as dunkin donuts and they are 100% better! Customer service is great as well everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The only issue I encountered was the bottom of the box had warm icing on it but just grab a few napkins and it's no problem! Don't miss this spot the Boardwalk was my favorite.“
“They are very nice we reached at the time of closing to buy some donuts. We were not sure which ones to buy so she gave us a box of 6 house famous donuts on the house. We requested them to take the payment but they said it's on the house.“
“I have visited this dunkin in the past on drive-through and never had bad experience like other reviews. This time, I went inside to get some gift cards. I was acknowledged and asked to wait, and then in 2 minutes, one of the staff members came and started working on my 10 gift card order patiently. Overall, it was a nice place to stop by and get some coffee or dunkin'!!!“
“I've been patronizing this location since it opened many years ago. I've recently had a chance to chat with the owners and have found them to be very customer centric and focused on providing well-prepared food for their customers. Like every business, they were affected by Covid and are working hard to attract new customers and regain older customers whose routines may have been disrupted by Covid. Their service is quick and reliable, the food has always been freshly prepared and tasty.Kid-friendliness: Kids love Dunkin, and the owners have been very kid-friendly with children that have been in the restaurant while we were waiting for our order.Parking: Lots of parking spots within easy walk to the front door.“
“I love the Downingtown location! Staff is so reapectful. At the Parkesburg Location, I had ordered a sandwich and when we got it the thing was burnt to a point of no return. Also they gave us the wrong coffee. When I called to let them know, the owners never called me back. The so called shift leader blew me off! I absolutely hate going to a place that disrespect their customers as well as their employees. I would rather drive to Downingtown then to return to Parkesburg dunkin!“
