“This Dunkin' location in Kennett Square has great staff members that care about the quality of the food being served. I've had a pick up order and the employees inventory was out of stock on some doughnuts that were in my Dozen Doughnut order. The employee made some similar substitutions and gave me an extra doughnut for the troubles about being out of certain flavors. Great customer service was shown at this location. Keep up the good work 👍 -Good Luck in 2026 & Beyond.“

“I come in every other day or every couple days and i get a energy cold brew or mocha and carmel ice coffee, I love the cashier, shes friendly and is always on point and remembers my order. My ice coffees are always on point and made just how I like them!!“

“This location has better coffee than 1900 Pennsylvania Ave 3 minutes away. They likely clean their machines better and calibrate regularly. Donuts were fresh and picked up by paper holder. Back of the house appears clean. Nice counter staff.“

“This location is pretty much a carry out coffee shop, and people are too quick to badmouth or judge the employees or service they receive in the 2-3 minutes spent inside the store not realizing how this could affect them. If you’re running late, it’s no one’s fault but yours. Additionally, someone here complained about the drive-thru service, when clearly this location does not have a drive-thru. So when checking the reviews for this store, you may be reading a review for another place. I’ve been going to this location (McKennans’s Church road) for 20+ years and would not go anywhere else despite there being 2 other ones that are closer (Pike Creek and Hockessin)“
