“This Dunkin' location in Havertown has great employees that try to get the customers food finished in a good amount of time but sometimes the employees get overwhelmed with too many customers ordering on the weekend mornings. It's not the employees fault for long food check times, it's just that too many customers show up at one time. I think this certain location is understaffed on the weekend mornings due to the volume of customers coming in. The back food area, where employees prepare the customers hot food was doing great. Dunkin food bags were piling up waiting for the rest of the order to be completed. Keep up the good work 👍-Good Luck on getting a couple of more employees on the weekend mornings.“

“I literally drive out of my way just to go to this location. The managers are very nice and understanding and are willing to make it right if you have an issue. My favorite barista is definitely sophie she really goes above and beyond for the customers and is always pleasant. You can just tell that she actually cares about her job and the customers that come in. that girl definetly deserves a raise!!!“

I had a grilled cheese pesto sandwich, 6 piece hash brown (which was wayyy tastier than I expected), and a chocolate Bavarian creme donut. 10 bucks, perfectly reasonable. After a long day, little sleep, and a rush to get something quick before my flight, Dunkin nailed it ?“

“Very small sized dunkin donuts building with many customers inside at times (both for mobile orders and standing in line at the register) but this place has been consistently good for me, at least. I always never had to wait too long in line and when I needed questions answered about deals or menu items, there was never any stalling for a clear, concise answer.“

“Pretty empty most of the time when I get there for as large as it is on the inside. Most of the time there is only one crew member doing everything, but for what it is. They're pretty easy going and pleasant even though customers are rude about the service provided with one crew member doing everything.“

“When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I noticed the only employee there on the floor on a prayer mat. I gave him time to finish his prayer and he stood up and asked if I was waiting for an order. After he gave me my food and coffee, I walked out, but just as I left I noticed he had put his prayer mat on the shelves where the mobile orders go. The mat had just been on the floor, and now was on a shelf that holds people's food. I am all for religious freedom, but store employees can practice their religion and keep a sanitary environment, too. He should have placed the prayer mat in a discreet corner where customers won't see.“

“This is the cleanest dunkin in Philly and I know this because I always get iced tea and anyone who gets iced tea regularly at chain coffee shops knows what I’m talking about. This location never lets me down. I also get breakfast sandwiches and they’re pretty good. Service is fast and friendly, the only slight complaint I have is after the renovation they got last year the lighting now is bright white and intense like a doctors office“

“It’s not a regular Dunkin’ locations, instead it’s located within a gas station store. Not much space for parking and crowded most of the time. Staff working here are usually good people. But whole arrangement is different than any other convenience store.“
