Unfortunately the parking lot layout and morning rush are enemies. Only a few cars are able to fit off the street at time leading to backed up traffic on oak (and cars sometimes not so safely going around the cars waiting to turn into the lot). That being said the times I’ve stopped during morning rush they are efficient while still getting my order right.
Young man Danny was wonderful. The woman that's been here for years is very nice. Mike is great.Some of the others could smile. The gloominess could be lack of participation from co-workers( I've been going here for 18yrs and it's the vibe I get). Lately our orders have been incorrect either something was missing & what was on the label isn't what I put in the app choices. Placed a mobile order for in store pick up here a few weeks ago and my order was ready before I even got there which was great because I was able to grab and go. I ordered a Ice Chai Tea Latte and it was well made. The store is very neat and tidy and I would come back again.
