Great customer service, above and beyond
I visit this location about 4-5 times per week. Typically with a large order for the sales staff at my job. Friendly staff and quick service despite being a busy location in the morning. I deducted a star because of one employee who refuses to make my coffee the way I order it. Every single time I order it and get back to work and taste my coffee, it’s not right and the sticker on my cup reads nothing like what I ordered. Only for my coffee. Dunkin' is a friendly spot with great coffee and prompt service. The drive-thru can get busy, so parking might be a challenge. While most visits are pleasant, there was one incident with an employee that left a negative impression. Despite this, Dunkin' remains a popular choice for a quick doughnut fix and their famous coffee, especially for those who prefer it over Starbucks.
