Your typical standard Dunkin' chain. They have two self-order kiosks, but if you want to use your app to scan for perks, you need to see an actual cashier. Meets expectation in terms of quality of product.
Great coffee on a cold day. This was perfect. The store was busy on this Sunday morning but we got our coffee really quick after ordering. It was exactly as we had ordered too (it wasn't a very complicated order so maybe I'm getting excited over nothing). Anyway, I would go back if I'm ever in downtown Philly hankerin' for a cup Joe.

I love me some Dunkin and have been to far too many to count, let alone list, but this 1 was 1'a the best I've been to, especially in Center City, Philadelphia. There was NO LINE, which is unheard of around here, especially at 8:30/9am, the service was excellent and very fast and my Iced Coffee was made to perfection!!!Parking: Usually pretty hard to find parking near this particular location,however, I was lucky enough to find a spot right next to the store (on 21st st.)
