Staff on their phones instead of making food and drinks. And they claim their bathroom doesn't work but they're letting people eat inside. Those are legal issues. They're supposed to have a working bathroom. They just don't want to clean it.

I love me some Dunkin and have been to far too many to count, let alone list, but this 1 was 1'a the best I've been to, especially in Center City, Philadelphia. There was NO LINE, which is unheard of around here, especially at 8:30/9am, the service was excellent and very fast and my Iced Coffee was made to perfection!!!Parking: Usually pretty hard to find parking near this particular location,however, I was lucky enough to find a spot right next to the store (on 21st st.)

The new cashier has a bad attitude and she constantly gets the order that I have to repeat 3 or 4 times, Wrong. She greets you like you are disturbing her as she shouts, "Next!" I'm sitting here looking in the bag where I have 2 things that I did not order, and the things that I did order, not in the bag.

Went once, got an extremely watery hot chocolate. Went a second time and their bathroom was locked without explanation. Could do better

I ordered midnight coffee with whole milk and sugar, and it tasted like coffee that has been sitting hours and just awful. Usually the service is good at this location. Wish they can provide a fresh cup of coffee.
