If it is satellite store it needs to state that. People are out of town traveling and you walk into a Krispy Kreme with no donuts. Why is the door open at 6am. This by far the worst communication to consumers .
Slowly going downhill. Ordered online for pick up today and the order wasn't ready, even though I was 15 mins late. Didn't have all of what I ordered in stock, but didn't tell me, I found out once I got into work and opened the box. The lady threw the donuts in the box instead of laying them flat (they were iced with sprinkles). For being the only KK in this area, you'd think they'd want to hold onto the business they had.

There's really not much to say, everyone knows Krispy Kreme donuts are fantastic. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I didn't have to wait long, they had everything that I wanted. The store is just okay, it's nothing fancy on the inside. Nothing crazy to look at. It's just a little donut shop with phenomenal donuts and a great staff
