Stopped in on April Fools’ Day to take advantage of the free coffee promotion. I grabbed both a hot and an iced coffee, and the staff was super friendly throughout. My only minor note was that I didn’t spot any straws at the station, but when I mentioned it, the staff got me one right away without any hassle. Really appreciated the quick response! Overall a smooth, enjoyable visit. Grabbed my coffees and was on my way can’t ask for much more than that.
This Dunkin' location in Olde Sproul Shopping Village has very professional staff members that serve food fast, hot and accurate. Having short wait times for food makes me wanting to come back for more business. Keep up the good work 👍
I love the vanilla chi

Dunkin' is a bright and clean restaurant with quick service, likely due to their ample staff. However, there have been issues with consistency in drink preparation, as some drinks are not stirred and taste different. The food and drinks are described as "fine," but the donuts are considered the worst the reviewer has had at a Dunkin'. Specifically, the Boston Kreme donuts have been found to have no filling on multiple occasions. Service has been affected by the closure of another nearby location, causing a rush of business and confusion in the ticket system. Despite these issues, the reviewer hopes for improvements in the morning rush management.
The parking lot is big with plenty of spaces. Employees were observed to be very nice to customers. However, one reviewer normally goes to another Dunkin' location because their drinks are often not stirred properly and taste different at this location.
