I should not have to stop at the dunkin dinuts across the street before arriving to the mall because the Starbucks in the mall is super slow....employees especially tht super tall girl is always running her mouth about nonsense music clothes parties everything except making a freaking drink...the employees have ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY it's like a party...God forbid you wrk in the mall plan on being away for about an hr while they laugh talk clean the counters off slowly while there...read full review
Ordered a salted caramel cold brew… not only was the wait for my drink long but it also had way too much cold foam (did not ask for it that way) and no ice. Did not even bother to ask for them to redo it because I had already waited 20 minutes for the original drink.

So confused. We walked in, but there was no place to order... it all has to be done on your phone but there is nothing indicating that is what you do. Also, there is no place to sit... I thought the whole idea of going out for an expensive cup of coffee with a friend was the experience, yet we were left sitting in our car in the parking lot (which was also a disaster). Very disappointed.
