I said a med coffee but then got a med hot coffee. When I told her, I wanted iced coffee. She said that I said hot coffee. Why do you have to argue to a customer over a hot or ice coffee ? She never gave me my ice coffee.

This location is OK. The service is good, and the food and drinks are fine. The only thing is their donuts are the worst I’ve had at a Dunkin’. I’ve bought Boston Kreme donuts that had zero filling in them on three separate occasions here. If you just want coffee, it’s fine.

Very unhappy workers. Customer service is horrible. Coffe leaks outa cup. Leaked all over me. Dunkin has takin a loss with how they use to be. Everything is rushed and barely cooked. Every thing is so cheap now.
I dont want to put too much blame on the store for today's service but they are struggling with the other Balt Pike location being closed. I guess they don't get much business on a normal day so the crush from the other store is making a difference.Where I do fault them is the other store has been closed for 2 weeks and they haven't adjusted. The manager was all over the place and on the surface it looked like he was helping but I think it was more of a hindrance. He would ask a customer what they were waiting for and walk away half way through the response. The ticket system was a mess and they didn't even have tickets for half of the orders.Hopefully they can reassess how they approach the morning rush... or the other place opened back up soon.

Hello I love Dunkin but I just experienced the worst service at the Dunkin on Baltimore pike in Springfield Pa. (The one in the outback steak house shopping center) On 5/10/23 at around 6:15pm I used a coupon. When the total did not decrease my friend and I asked him why we had to pay the full price. He kept urging us to just pay and "it will take it off after". Still being confused we tried to understand. Once we finally just paid, he became very disrespectful. He said "ya it's simple... two plus two, four". After hearing that I was enraged but we kept our cool. I decided to get a refund. Once getting it I said "you can try to be more respectful to customers." He then held up his middle finger and said "get out". Overall very disrespectful and completely unnecessary.

Worker gave me COLD bacon and got pissed off when I questioned him about why it wasn't hot. Since when is bacon cold? Proceeded to curse me out and give me the middle finger and stuck his tongue out at me... I can't make this up. Dunkin' workers are so miserable. I'd be to if I worked there. Cheer up buddy!
