We come in every single day, everyone there is beyond friendly, they always ask how we are, they know what want as soon as we come in and they start making it. I have visited other DD's in the area and none of them measure up to the professionalism, friendliness and excellent customer service like this place.
I would like to thank the Dunkin Donuts in Downingtown for donating Munchkins for some very hungry volunteers at the Craft Beer Campout for Autism Speaks which took place this weekend at Paradise Farm Camp. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!
My favorite person there is Ms Ruby. She always greets everyone with a smile,small convo and pleasant personality. Love the blueberry donuts there.

Dunkin' has undergone a modern renovation, offering a pleasant environment for work and study. Located along the Lincoln Highway, this location is liked for easy pickup and good customer service, with friendly staff making visits enjoyable. The iced coffee is praised for its improved quality, featuring options like blueberry flavoring and cream. While the egg white veggie bites received mixed reviews, the medium caramel latte was enjoyed. However, the restaurant faced some order mix-ups, with a Strawberry, dragon fruit and Coconut refresher being substituted for Strawberry lemonade and a Turkey sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel being replaced with pork sausage. Some customers have noted issues like oversteeped tea and dissatisfaction with Dunkin' crullers. Despite these concerns, it remains a nice spot, though getting in and out can be tough.
