I’m not usually one to write a review, but I was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff / quality of service. This is a bit of a new location and I can understand why some customers may not be as pleasant / thrilled with their experience. Thank you!
Edit on 3/19 — ok, now I understand what others are saying … the staff really has no concept of greeting someone / answering a simple “how are you” / returning a smile. You can do better.

I hate to do this, but I’m sorry this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Every single time.
I stop here at least once a week. Today, one person at drive thru, one at counter and one making drinks and one getting off their shift, walking out the door. The drive thru had 6 cars and not moving, so I went inside to only stand for several minutes realizing it was going to be just as long. They need more Baristas!!!

Starbucks is a popular spot, but sometimes the service can be slow due to staffing issues. Customers have experienced long wait times both at the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. Some feel that the staff need more baristas to keep up with the demand. Despite this, there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and customer service.
