I know they are knew but they don't really have enough workers yet to be really open and a guy with a man bun just kept staring at us waiting for are turn and they take there time on everything I know there can be more improvement

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I came up to the counter (there was no wait and no one waiting for any orders) and the girl at the register looked at me and then turned right back to another worker and just continues gossiping about whatever they were talking about. And I just continue standing there at the register, no hello or anything. I eventually just left because it was so rude.

Took almost 10 minutes to get my Frappuccino! There was not a line and only one boy ahead of me waiting! But the 2 girls working were more focused on talking to that one boy instead of doing their job.

Closing hours are uncertain , does not honor Starbucks rewards program but they have stickers all over about the reward program which is funny.

Great if you're already shopping in giant but it sucks that you can't use your Starbucks rewards and you can't order ahead. I usually only stop by if there's no line

Love this Starbucks location, everyone is super nice and the design of the store is very comfortable, plus it’s Starbucks! I could just pull up a chair and feel right at home :)

Sometimes I meet friendly employees at this Starbucks, but not always. My latest experience this past Thursday I ordered 3 drinks. The barista gave set the first drink on the counter, but did not label it or put one of the green stirrers in that keep the coffee plugged and prevent it from spilling, so I asked him if he could put them in the coffees. He proceeds to take 3 of them and toss them across the public counter at me. This was not only unsanitary, but not how a good barista would conduct himself. Not only did I have to request a carrier for the 3 coffees, but he just kind of threw that at me as well without helping at all. He looked sloppy and was not friendly. I thanked him and was kind, maybe he was having a bad day, but I would hesitate to order my coffees here again if he were working.
