They don’t even answer the phone. They gave my son the wrong order the name and delivery address on the box should have been the first indicator since this was a pick up order. I tried calling because we weren’t doing another 40 minutes round trip and wanted to get a refund since we didn’t get anything anywhere close to what we ordered but I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. I have always loved papa John's, I've always had it delivered. I have not once gotten my food on time or warm. yes, it has always shown up cold and at a minimum of a hour and a half later. order dominos instead I promise you it's better.

Food quality was very bad. I would never buy Pizza from this place ever in my life. I am very disappointed with their Pizza tast. It's tast like I was eating pizza from Walmart, oh sorry Walmart Pizza tasted better then this place.
