“I had a really great experience with this Domino’s location. I placed an order for pickup and had already paid, and the team quickly prepared the pizza. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected situation, I wasn’t able to pick it up.

Since the pizza was already made, I didn’t even ask for a cancellation—I just requested that they either enjoy it themselves or donate it so it wouldn’t go to waste. To my surprise, they still went ahead and canceled the order and issued me a refund without any hassle. Really appreciate the kindness and customer-first attitude. Small gestures like this build long-term trust.“

We moved here from just outside New York City although the pizza here is basically just OK. This pizza reminded us of Home. “My go-to order is the seafood alfredo or mussels but you could not go wrong choosing anything on the menu, everything is beyond delicious! My nieces always ask if we can go get their gelato whenever they come over and we usually end up adding a pizza or three to the order as well. Not only is the food and service amazing, when my snow shovel broke this morning while they were snowblowing the lot they were SO KIND and immediately came over to help with my walkway. Everything I love about Downingtown and the community is embodied by Pomodoro and I highly recommend stopping by for both the food and the people! 😊“

Jamie was very responsive, answering our questions about food allergies and taking time to explain what he would do to keep the grill clean for the two of our group who are gluten free. “I had a fantastic experience at Santino’s Tap & Table in West Chester PA. I went of a mini vacation to visit some friends in that area. I was starving when I got off of the plane, and met my friends outside of the airport. When I got into the car I made a comment about being a tad hangry haha. I was then told we have the perfect place for you. My friends took me to Santino’s Tap & Table and let me tell you it was amazing in every way possible. The restaurant was very clean, nicely set up and the staff were very friendly and very informative when asking questions about the menu. This place has it all appetizers, entree’s, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, soup and salads, a brunch menu, breakfast and even a children’s menu for the kids in your family that are picky eaters. Speciality cocktail menu, along with a full bar with knowledgeable bar tenders. I started off with a water, then decided on a Blood Orange Bourbon Sour it was perfectly balanced and a very good drink to chose. Looking through their Winter Menu they had a wide variety to chose from. For and appetizer i chose the Shrimp Lejon it was so delicious! For my main dish of the night I decided to try the Short Rib& Portabella Mushroom Ravioli hands down one of the best things I have tasted. The service was fast and efficient, the staff was so nice and knowledgeable. I left very impressed, with a full stomach and was fully satisfied. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely make it a priority to stop by Santino’s Tap& Table. Go check it out for yourself, you will not regret it!“

“Benny’s is my favorite pizza place in all of West Chester! Super friendly staff, clean restaurant, fair prices, and great portion sizes. I tried their Caesar salad today and it was so fresh- a perfect amount of dressing and they didn’t skimp on the protein! The pizza is always the best and their garlic bread rocks. “To begin with, this is the only Pizza Hut I will order from, it’s the only one that consistently makes the pizza well. But way more impressive is the service I got from Quinton. It’s not the first time I’ve had to call about an online ordering issue, and he is so nice and professional and HELPFUL. But talk about going beyond, when my husband and son picked up our order, Quinton followed them out of the store to make sure my husband knew to tell me that the ticket says what it says but he personally ensured it was made the way we discussed. As if THAT’S not impressive enough, he called me half an hour later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction (very much was, both pizzas were perfect!). This man deserves a raise and get this-he isn’t even management! This guy will go far in life but until then and as long as he works there, GIVE HIM A RAISE AND PROMOTION!!!“

“We had a small snafu when we accidentally ordered from the wrong Bravo pizza for our teachers, and didn’t realize until we got there! The owner (sad I didn’t catch his name) jumped right in and said I’ve got this for you! He and his team quickly made us five pizzas, that were out of this world. And while we waited, the delicious smells and freshly made pasta salads made me more hungry than I thought! “My boyfriend and I have eaten here twice so far. My first meal there was the Chicken Parmesean with Spaghetti. It was very tasty with a generous sized plank of breaded chicken. The side salad was the perfect portion and was fresh and tasty. My boyfriend got a small pizza which was good and crispy. My second meal was the Fettuccine Alfredo with Grilled Chicken. It was by far the best Chicken Alfredo I have ever had! The sauce wasn't heavy or too salty, it was light, yet still creamy. I definitely recommend it!
