“We met friends here for lunch on a Saturday. The place was very busy, especially given its fairly small size. The food was great, with the fries being quite delicious. The menu items were rather unique with interesting possibilities. They also have an excellent beer selection. It was a bit more crowded than I prefer, but the staff kept up despite that.“
“We went for happy hour/ early dinner. $5 wings and cheap drinks. Ally was our waitress at the PJ in Downingtown, PA. We used to go to this location often for the wings and drinks. But honestly Ally really stepped it up from our normal experience which is typically very good. She was very quick with our food and drinks. She was very attentive and just an amazing waitress. The chicken panini was a bit on the dry side according to my wife. But their salad was very good. I had the burger melt (substituted for turkey instead of red meat) which was good. Great experience.Vegetarian options: Salads are very good and big portions.Impossible burgers and mushroom burgers. I’ve had them all and no complaints here.Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat red meat and they have plenty of chicken options along with turkey and impossible burger substitutes.If you’re vegan it’s not the best place but that’s most places eating out.Idk what kind of oil they use to fry their stuff with I’ll have to ask next time for the people with nut allergies.“
“Every time we go to Beaver Creek Tavern it has always been a great experience! The staff is very friendly . Waitresses are always friendly and service is excellent! The food is delicious always fresh and hot . We take home the left overs even though I am not about leftovers . The food from BCTavern taste like the same as when it was served after reheated!!! Prices are reasonable too!“
“I tried New Old Baldy and it was a delicious dark barrel aged beer. Service was fast and friendly, helping give great recommendations. For food I got a small size of pickles and small cheese fry. The pickles had both sweet and dill pickles, pickled red onions, and pickled red grapes. The fries were perfect, not soggy, great amount of cheese, crispy bacon bits, not too much heat from the jalapeños an excellent fresh crunch.“
“I have been eating at Crossroads since 1971. Newer owners do a great job carrying on tradition. The young ladies at rear take out do a superb job with orders! Of course, the fish on the wall and cozy environment makes the dining experience. Only suggestion is less char on the yummy cheeseburgers.“
“I was very surprised to see a 4.3 here. This location always aims to make their guests a priority. Unfortunately things happen in the restaurant industry from time to time. This roadhouse will resolve an issue instantly . The staff works very hard and the management team is precise and thorough. The food and drinks are great!“
“The coffee tastes so good compared to other diners. Their food is served hot, and stays hot for some time. The omelets are very delicious and a perfect amount of ingredients. The pancakes are soft and fluffy. We just started coming here because we got tired of the other places, and we're happy we did.“
