“This has quickly become my new favorite spot to eat. They offer unique breakfast specialties like gingerbread pancakes and pumpkin bread French toast, and the food always comes out fast. Prices are reasonable for brunch. One important thing to note is that they close around 3 p.m., so they’re not open all day—definitely plan to get there early. Also, there’s another nearby location called Nudy’s Cafe Glenn Mills, which can be easy to mix up when meeting someone, so make sure you’re headed to the right one.“

“Excellent food and service. Dined early on a Saturday evening. Wasn't horribly busy but noise level was high. I think it's just poor acoustics in general. Felt this way on my previous visit. I'll say the bench seating at booths isn't super comfortable. That said, enjoy the food, service and overall charm.“

“Had a wonderful Dunch at Snuff Mill today. Fabulous food, ambiance, and service! Shout out to Dorrie. I was able to get in at 3:30 but starting to fill up as I was leaving around 5pm on a Tuesday!... Definitely make a reservation for dinner! Some outdoor seating with heaters but also saw lap blankets.“

“Common bar food, but with nice twists in ingredients. I got the pulled pork with white Alabama sauce. BIG sandwich! Don’t order unless hungry. Same for the burgers. Fries are skin on fresh made. Good but all three of us said it was salty — they use rock salt; classy but I’m a bit sensitive to salt. The Root Down NEIPA was light with fruity scent. Very good! 13 beers on tap. A little noisy; small place. Nearly all food made fresh on premises, and it shows.“

I came here for Sunday Brunch and the food was very very very good, lots of flavors!! “I arrived at the restaurant in the early afternoon, and it was relatively quiet. I was offered the special Restaurant Week menu, which was a great concept and offered excellent value.

Everything I ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Each dish was unique, and I genuinely enjoyed the entire meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The only downside was the lighting. The restaurant was already quite dim, and at one point they lowered the blinds, making it even darker which took away a bit from the overall experience“

We chose to do the wine pairing which was perfect! They had a good variety of wines from all over the world. “Administrative details - While you usually must make a reservation a year in advance (which I did), there are a very few earlier spots available on their website. In addition, if you are on the email list, they send the occasional last-minute availability. Talula’s is BYOB. The price was $125 and with all the other things, taxes, gratuities, it came to $160. The Nook Table is available for 6-8 diners and the Farm Table is for larger parties. Website link is below. Everything is presented in “tasting” small portions. In addition to the menu, they provided a couple of additional offerings. I did not do a good job of capturing the delightful descriptions of the food provided by our server. (The next time I go, I will video the descriptions if they allow.) The group did a great job of bringing wine which was beautifully poured in appropriate glassware by our server. The server also paired the wine with the offerings for us! The service was exceptional without being pretentious. After each tasting, plates, utensils and glasses were cleared and refurbished so discreetly that you hardly noticed. The menu changes with the “farm to table” availability. My favorite was a squash tarte. [I was delighted to find that I did not like the foie gras. It is “made” in a most inhumane and horrible way. This is the only time I have eaten it and I will never eat it again.] I was sorry to find that by the Black Garlic Beef Ribeye (#6 on the list), I was getting to the point of “too much food.” The only downsides were “too much food” for most of us and the wines they suggested for the pairings were hard/impossible to find. I personally did not like the varieties of wines they suggested for pairings. The rest of the party enjoyed the comparable wines they were able to find and allowed the server to pair with the tastings. I will be making a reservation for next year very soon. I have already made a reservation for the “sister” Talula’s Garden in Philly for September.“

“Had an awesome meal at Double aa Burgers. The Double Aa Burger with Swiss cheese and bacon was juicy flavorful and cooked perfectly. The hot wings were amazing especially with the homemade sauce the chef makes. To top it all off the Oreo vanilla milkshake was thick creamy and delicious.
