“The coziest little breakfast spot! We were visiting Kennett Square and had never been there before and stumbled into Hank's Place. Wait was only 15 min which wasn't bad for 10AM on a Saturday Morning. Service was great, food was delicious and came out within 10 minutes. Would definitely go back!“
“Chadds Ford Tavern offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere with a rustic charm that's hard to beat. The service is warm and welcoming, matching the quality of their mouth-watering dishes. A local gem that promises a delightful dining experience every time.“
“Service was amazing! Alessandro (sorry if I didn’t spell that correctly) is an AMAZING waiter!!! Super attentive, friendly, personable, and fun! He was fantastic! We went there for a birthday dinner for my mom, and he made the experience even better. The food was also extremely delicious! Everyone at our table was raving about the taste of their meal…dessert as well! I got the Kennett Square Chicken and Ann’s Chocolate Banana Cake… sooo good! My husband got one of the chefs specials that night that was a noodles with shrimp, crab and scallops on top in some delicious orangey pink looking sauce. It was phenomenal! (I tried some). My brother-in-law got the filet mignon and he couldn’t stop talking about how amazing it tasted…especially the sauce on top…saying he could drink this sauce! Lol. Overall wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!“
“Great place to stop by after walking a beautiful garden. Desert presentation is definitely 5 star. It was very busy and staff did the best job , taking into consideration the volume of people there. Chef made mushrooms motive added to the course of dinner. It's definitely worth trying. Mushrooms shape of bread. Soup was delicious if you like mushrooms.“

“Sovana Bistro in Newtown Square offers a delightful dining experience that seamlessly blends modern elegance with cozy comfort. Upon entering, the renovated ambiance exudes charm, making guests feel instantly at home. The attentive and warm staff further enhance the welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a pleasant visit from start to finish.During a bustling Saturday brunch/lunch, the restaurant remained consistently busy, a testament to its exceptional quality. Seated at a cozy two-seat table by the window, the ambiance was intimate and inviting. The culinary journey truly began with the Bread Board, featuring delectable focaccia accompanied by three irresistible spreads. While the mango mimosa lacked a mango flavor The wild boar pappardelle stole the show with its meaty sauce and perfectly cooked fresh pasta. The Sovana Double Burger, though its patties appeared to be from frozen, still impressed with its flavorful profile, complemented by the indulgent raclette cheese. The accompanying fries, while tasty, could have benefited from a touch more crispiness. For dessert, the Liquid Center Butterscotch Cake provided a memorable finale, its luscious butterscotch filling mesmerizing to behold.Overall, Sovana Bistro delivered a stellar five-star experience, leaving guests eager to return. With its combination of exceptional cuisine, inviting ambiance, and attentive service, it's a culinary gem worth revisiting time and time again.“
“My husband and I went for dinner and will be back soon. Excellent service, wonderful atmosphere. From start to finish the starters, entrées, and desserts were delicious. The drinks were well balanced and beautifully made, from the cocktails to the espresso with perfect crema. Very much looking forward to future visits!“
“TY for accommodating our party of 18 on a Saturday… Your fried calamari was so yummy, the flight of soup was a brilliant idea for someone who’s undecisive to be able to sample 3 different cups, my crab cake was so amazing - I’m drooling just thinking about the jumbo lumps of crab chunks!!! By the way hubby & I noticed the American Psycho decors right away as we’re huge fans of the book & movie. Last but def not least, the service was great even though there were 18 of us with some loud kiddos.“

“We took visiting family to dine here. They enjoyed it. The food was excellent and the drinks were top shelf. But be prepared for a timely visit. Getting food to the table took awhile even though it wasn't crowded the night we went. So really good food, nice place but do it when you have time.“
“We absolutely loved every morsel and our server was top notch! First time we ever tried the beef skewers and the wedge salad was one of the best we've ever had. Our entrées were spectacular as well. And then our espresso martinis were a great way to end the evening. Thank you!!!“
“The restaurant is near a corporate center and has a large parking lot. The main room where we sat was very noisy. The server was excellent and the food was delicious. My husband had the lasagna and I had the acorn agnolotti. Amazing Italian bread too. And they have a little market onsite filled with items to purchase. I would definitely recommend and return.“
“The service was top notch. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure that all of her guests are pleased with their experience. The waiter staff are also very personable and friendly. As for the food, I found my meal last night to be absolutely delicious and so did my fiancée. I had a Shrimp and Scallop St. Jacques which was such an amazing dish and crème brûlée for desert which was wonderful. My fiancée had the Seared Halibut and loved her dinner.“
“A really nice and cozy place! Would recommend taking your kids there. The workers are nice. It doesn’t take too long to get a seat or get food. Everything tastes good and everything is pretty clean. There is plenty of options for food and drinks. I love going here for breakfast. One of my favorite breakfast places in West Chester.“
“Came here for my birthday brunch and the food did not disappoint! There were a decent amount of vegetarian options to choose from. My sandwich was a good sized portion and was delicious, and the cocktail I had was excellent. They came out very quickly too. It’s cute inside, but my only complaint is that the tables are very very close together so we were kind of uncomfortably close to other guests. I’d be interested in checking out the patio next time.“
“Can't overstate much we loved dining here. The food was exceptional - creative, fresh and delicious. The owners are so kind and involved and clearly put their heart into all they do. Every bite was fantastic but we especially loved the lamb - menu is seasonal, local and meticulously prepared. Highly highly recommend and we hope to return very soon.“
“I have never been to Sedona, but it was highly recommended through Facebook friends. When I arrived, I love the atmosphere. It’s clean . I love the vibe. The waitress Adrian went above and beyond for everything. We had an issue with the food that we ordered, not realizing that it contains some things in it and we were able to eat, but they took very good care of us., Will definitely be back!“
“Metro never disappoints! I’ve never not had a good meal, the service is always excellent, and the environment is clean. They also have the best ranch in town! Haha. Great place, great staff, I love it! Sarah provides excellent service, be sure to ask for her!“
“Back in 2013, Kid Shelleen’s Charcoal House and Saloon in Wilmington’s Trolley Square was one of my favorite spots to rotate in and out of my afternoon or evening eateries whenever I was in Delaware. As a regular at Kid Shelleen's, I can't recommend it enough! The staff is like family - always friendly and welcoming.Their build your own charbroiled burgers are the absolute best, perfectly cooked and juicy - you won't find anything like them elsewhere. They also have great happy hour specials on drinks, and jumbo wings where a favorite as well. There's a real sense of community with the friendly regulars. It's a fantastic place for a delicious meal and a fun atmosphere!“
“My husband & I came here for the first to celebrate our anniversary and his 30th Birthday. We were absolutely blown away with the service and delicious food! Karen was our server, she was so pleasant and attentive with questions we had. My husband ordered the NY Strip w| Crab Cake & he throughly enjoyed it! I ordered the Salmon, substituted the salad for Garlic Potatoes and they were so yummy! & we also both ordered dessert. It’s affordable for the amazing quality that you get. We will definitely be back!“
“An excellent steakhouse that you can count on to get your order right and your steak cooked perfect every time. A staple in my restaurant rotationParking: Can be tough to get a spot on a busy night. Might have to park at the hotel or bankWheelchair accessibility: All 1fl with wide walkways and ramps in interior areas to navigate easily.“
“What a perfect evening/dinner. The presentation and flavors of the smoked trout and asparagus appetizer were phenomenal. The Rockfish was perfect. I never order dessert but will here based on last 2 visits. Pastry chef is a godsend. Tasted my friend’s sorbet and OMG!“
“Wow! We should have gone to Oath 84 sooner, because it's awesome. Super friendly staff, fantastic warm atmosphere, and a menu of creative, elevated dishes. We especially loved the beet salad and the buffalo chicken dip. We will definitely be back soon, and we love that they're just a block from Huxley & Hiro bookstore :) So happy to have Oath 84 in our community. Open late as well, even on a Wednesday!“
“It’s a unique establishment with a lot of variety on the menu, and, no matter which creation you try, the taste is Epic!! The owner takes pride in running the business and the food you get here cannot be matched by some chain restaurant. I love it so much.“
“I attended a wedding reception at the Mendenhall Inn on Saturday, November 19, 2022. I just wish to compliment the staff on the great food and fine, friendly service. The wedding party had a blast and everything was perfect. Kudos to the management.“
“Sweet spot! Indoor, outdoor, bier hall, bar scene, lawn games, and live music. This place has it all! Stop by with your family or your mates for relaxed fun in a bucolic setting. One of the best beer lists in the greater Philly area. Cheers ? Prost ?“
“We stopped in because the other place had too long of a wait & we are so glad we did! The service was exceptional and quick, food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Not a lot of restaurants give me that “impressed” kind of feeling, but this one sure did. Our waitress even chased us down when our keys were left! If we are ever in town again we will definitely be back.“
“Hungry and seeking a local joint, I came across Meghan’s, what looks like a converted and now infamous breakfast spot. With the fading sign Street side and the smaller lot full of cars, I had a good feeling. There were about 30 chairs at tables and a few barstools. I immediately asked if they had Wi-Fi because I needed to tap on to do a little work on the laptop. I was advised apologetically there’s no Wi-Fi and that they are old-school. If I were them, I would tell the customer to just sit down and enjoy your breakfast and disconnect for a spell. However, I had a time sensitive so took the only open table at a two top in the back corner right next to the window overlooking masonry patio. Just then the waitress, smiling, bubbly and welcoming as you’re going to find, pegged me for a coffee drinker. She was right and I ordered my first coffee along with a basic eggs, home fries, meat, and toast breakfast. The meat and the toast are the two most important aspects of this meal for me, so I always ask which of their meats they recommend the most, and that my go to is pork roll cooked well done. Under advisement that their pork roll was the best around, I went with it along with rye toast. Food came out so quickly. I had barely set my laptop up, so I dug right in. I think it may be the first time that I didn’t take photos of the food. A combination of being famished and a near perfect thick cut pork roll, I got right to business. And before I realized I hadn’t taken my pre-meal photo, all that was left was a piece of toast. The interior decor was neutral with beige ceramic tile floors, and a beige painted upper wall with white wainscoting on the lower portion. The surrounding was alive with everyone chattering. It’s comforting and feels good to be in a place where so many patrons come in and hug the waitresses a friendly hello like old friends visiting after a long time apart. Not wanting to disappoint the audience, I ordered a single blueberry pancake, so I could get at least one photo. The thing was blue and wasn’t the best pancake I’ve had, but the consistency was interesting. I slathered it up with real butter and store-bought maple syrup. Eggs were cooked well. Pork roll blew my hair back. Really delicious melt in your mouth. Home fries were decent but would’ve liked to see some peppers and onions in there. Toast was delicious and already buttered up. I placed my credit card on top of the handwritten check and the waitress advised once again that they are old-school and only accept cash, further explaining that they had an ATM machine if necessary. No problem. Overall, I recommend Meghan’s for a nice quick breakfast and happy uplifting of the soul. And take it as an opportunity to leave your technology, gadgets, and highfalutin expectations in the car. This place is old-school.“
“Already familiar with the Springfield location and happened to be in the West Chester area and figured we'd stop in.Dining room was empty for a Thursday afternoon but that's fine with us .Ordered 2 combos with gravy fries. As usual, it was excellent. Our waitress was prompt and professional.Always a good experience at Nick's.“
“Two Stones pub is a great place. The food is amazing and the service is superb. We stopped in for a quick bit, a party of five. We were seated and chatting amongst our selves for a little while and our server approach our table and proactively apologized for the wait and offered to comp an item on our bill for the inconvenience of the wait. We hadn’t complained at all, this is just example of Two Stones caring to provide an outstanding customer experience and being self aware of the service they provide. All of our food was amazing and the service was top tier. They earned a loyal customer in me for their above and beyond service.“
“This past September my fiancé and I decided to finally head over to this cute quaint cafe around the corner from our new home. We hear the live music often, and see people having a great time and decided to give it a go for my 35th birthday. Food was great, band was playing decent music, it did not disappoint. The only issue was our server wasn’t as attentive as they could have been. Not sure if they thought we weren’t going to spend much or tip well or what. We would have stayed longer had the service been a little better. Overall nice atmosphere, seasonal fresh menu, live music. It was a nice birthday dinner. Only giving 4 stars as I felt we wouldn’t have had to flag down their not busy server for a drink or anything else we needed. This is also why we haven’t back as it made us feel very out of place. I hope to check out their current menu soon though and reporting back. I work in the service industry and not every day am I 100%. So I’ll give it another go. ?“
“Always excellent and great service! Perhaps the best Applebees I have ever been too! The food is good and portions good too - especially for a restaurant chain . No complaints - keep up the good service and great food/ drink specials ! A local chain but a gem here in Kennett Square !“
“My bridal shower was held at Portabellos and I could not be happier with the venue choice. The staff was excellent and attentive, the food was outstanding and the atmosphere was so stunning it brought me to tears. Sandra and her staff were so warm and personable. We were granted the ability to decorate the space to make it even more special for my shower. It was the most beautiful day and the most beautiful memory that I will cherish forever.“
“The?Columbus center is a great place to have a beer with friends , and the food is also a pretty darn good. I enjoy the bar side best but have also eaten in the restaurant if you want a more upscale experience. Not the cheapest of options but you get what you pay for most of the time and this place is no exception.“
“Really good food BUT,,, it was 4pm, place was empty, 2 tables including us, were not able to get a booth - staff said reserved, but restaurant empty during our entire meal. They were quite adamant about this, which all of us found to be quite rude and insulting no matter how good the food. I am jus' sayin.“
“EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE. Ambiance of the market is great. The menu is a delight to peruse. The best breakfast sandwich I've ever had and I'm a 46 year old woman! The avocado toast was robust, flavorful and a beautiful work of art. We wanted to taste the açaí bowl and the staff took the liberty to split it because she knew we were sharing. A + all the way!“
“This place was pretty good!!! Only reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the members of my party didn't like her food and felt like perhaps it wasn't super fresh. Everyone else's food was fine, so not sure what went on there. One particular aspect I really like about Not Your Average Joe's is that they are super knowledgable about gluten free items and even have their own GF menu - absolutely wonderful for a gluten free gal like me. All of us enjoyed our cocktails and the ambiance, and service was fine!“
“This is a really nice place to stop by and grab something to eat, super casual and laid back and the outdoor area is dog friendly. They even brought my buddy some water, the service was excellent. I highly recommend the onion soup and Reuben sandwich. My husband ordered the Carolina pulled pork sandwich and it was also really good. The drinks are on the pricier side, $14 for a hot cider so definitely something to keep in mind when ordering. The food was fairly priced. Overall i recommend this place and definitely would return.“
“This was my first visit here instead of taking the ride north I decided to support local customer service was good I ordered a cheesesteak and chicken cheesesteak the rolls where fresh and soft just like I wanted them to be the wait wasn’t long the food came up quick I wasn’t disappointed and neither will you! Would I come here again? YES“
“Haven't been there for awhile but very very good. Service excellent, food hot and fresh. We had chicken parmigiano, broiled stuffed flounder and liver at our table. Everyone raved about their meals. We'll go back. Just there for breakfast, blueberry hot cakes hot, hugh and so good. Shorthandedbut service was still great.Updat: Had breakfast today, place was packed but service great, food hot and delicious. Still staying very busy and seem to have more staff. Minor issue, dinner came too soon after we got our salads.“
“Artillery Brewing was nothing short of helpful and accommodating when hosting my engagement party. Their WC location was the perfect amount of room to fit 50/60 people comfortably for a social gathering. Their catering menu was diverse to fit everyone’s tastebuds. Most importantly the atmosphere and the staff’s hospitality really made Artillery stand out! Great staff, food, and beer and would highly recommend for a private party!“
“We tried Stove & Tap for the first time on Saturday night in West Chester. The host & waitstaff were all incredibly friendly, the restaurant itself was clean, it was definitely a bit on the louder side but it was pretty busy when we went (we made reservations in advance). Like other reviews have mentioned, the menu is limited and we did feel like there was somewhat of a lack of variety. However, the food and drinks we did order were great and arrived quickly. We would definitely go back again just for the Wagyu Sliders alone.“
“I almost don't want to do this because I don't want too many people to find out about it! This has to be the greatest little bar in the Philadelphia area! We sat with Kathy at the bar who made us outstanding holiday cocktails that we've never had anywhere before. If I could give her six stars I would!“
“What a wonderful restaurant. We got reservations for a special occasion. The service was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was amazing. Each course in the tasting menu was wonderful. The pasta dish was one of the best I've ever had. I actually prefer this over Vedge as it's sometimes difficult to read the menu and foresee how it'll arrive. Tasting menu is a good value, no complaints at all there. Vibe was lively but not too loud. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. FYI you can BYOB your own wine for a $25 corkage fee. We had our favorite French wine. It was a good deal for us.“
“We had a family get-together for my brother, and the GPS took us just around the corner. Lol.. But it was exquisite, pricey but worth every cent. I will be returning, Try the shrimp scampy & the lobster artichoke and cheese auntray. Mmmm, I loved it. Just my opinion. Oh, our server took our orders and was very pleasant and understanding we had her all over the place when taking the orders. But she was top-notch / on point served everyone exactly what they ordered with no mix-up. Thank you. ?Vegetarian options: My sisters order was no meat, no seafood. And she was very pleased with the salad she ordered.Dietary restrictions: Other than my sister, we all were satisfied with the food.Parking: You pick and park.Kid-friendliness: Every table had coloring if you had a child in your party. We didn't, but it was nice that they thought of the children.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they had accommodations for wheelchairs entry and seating.“
“A real neighborhood bar atmosphere. Don't let the price point fool you, as everything is delicious and drinks are well crafted. Most nights it's pretty busy but servers and bartends are always attentive and kind!Vegetarian options: There are a couple of vegetarian options, but most dishes do contain meat“
“A gem of a breakfast option. Great food options with great flavor. Fresh fruit and a balanced coffee is surprisingly hard to come by sometimes. The French toast was good, but the smoothie bowl with almond buttered toast was perfect. That sprinkle of large grain salt on top was a nice touch (to someone who usually prefers unsalted nut butters). Definitely recommend.“
“The food was OK, until I got to the cold homefries. To top it off, "I'm sorry?" Sorry does not warm my food and sorry definitely does me no good when I preferred to have eaten them with my meal and not bag them to eat later! "Sorry"“
“Nice restaurant/bar. Had good variety of beers. Food was good and they had couple of Throw Back Thursday specials. Add ons like fried mushrooms and truffle fries can up your bill so be aware of extra costs. But overall a very nice experience.“
“Family style restaurant that is clean and comfortable. Wait staff are friendly and efficient. They make sure you're well taken care of without hovering. They will frequently refill your coffee and remove used dishes. Be aware if you have a modest appetite, breakfast portions are large enough for two people. Also be aware that it may take you 15 minutes to pick out breakfast. Why? Because there are multitudes of mouth-watering items to choose from. I chose thick pieces of French toast smothered in fresh cut bananas and wet walnuts.( those are the kind they put on ice cream sundaes.) Mounds of whipped cream and butter around the sides which add to the overall visual effect. The Gustatory effect....overwhelmingly delicious!!!!Parking: Located behind the buildingWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on one floor.“
