“I don't typically eat at Taco bell. I saw an advertisement for their chocolate and Carmel Empanadas and wanted to try them. I went through the drive thru. It was run by AI voice. I could not see the whole menu as it was one screen worth and flipped though. As someone who doesn't eat here normally and doesn't know their menu, I didn't like this feature. Speaking with and hearing the AI voice was ok. No issues with that. It gave me deal suggestions which had me ordering a drink too. It asked if I wanted to round up for students, which I am use to a lot of places doing this. When going to pick up my food, it was slower than I expected. The individual was nice, not sure if they were just short staffed. I wasn't a fan with the Empanadas. Especially the Carmel one as it barely had any Carmel inside. The chocolate one was filled with more. I wasn't a fan of the flavor, felt it was kind of bland. I was expecting it to be very sweet and rich. That is my opinion on them. I went to order just the chocolate but the order came with one of each, which was a nice surprise. I thought the price was for just one, not both.“

“Generally pretty good establishment. Bathroom was the only messy and dirty area noted. The food prep area was clean except the long hair employee behind the counter most likely should have a hair net on. Good pizza though and usually not long of a wait.“

“After spending 25 minutes trying to find a water fountain in the mall to cure my son's hiccups, while getting shot down by every food establishment saying I just buy a bottle. Fiveguys was quick to hand us a free cup of water! I entered mall without money since we were only going to get my son a Lego Pikachu raid on Pokemon go. I gave the Mall 1 star because why don't they have working fountains? But FiveGuys deserves 5 stars for actually caring and not just looking for a easy few bucks in sales“

“Arrived during lunch rush in the drive thru line which moved quickly; an employee was handing out samples of milkshakes or something similar to customers. The food was hot and fresh. Lots of traffic between the Wawa and Chick Fil A entrance so you need to be watchful.“

“I’ve only ever come here twice and have had good experiences both times. In the morning/early afternoon it’s usually not too busy so that’s really the best time to go and in the late afternoon and early evening that’s when they get pretty busy. And they also close pretty early too which kind of sucks, they’re usually the first ones to be closed in the food court area.“

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “I don't know if we got lucky, but my wife and I have stopped here a few times on our way out of the Philadelphia area for a quick bite and we have yet to have a bad experience - they have served some of the BEST Wendy's we have both had. The food is extremely hot and fresh, the fries are always perfectly salted and fresh, and the staff were really nice to us as we ordered and picked up our food. We had no complaints at all, it was a really solid time and we both said we wished this was our local Wendy's!“

“Ruby Thai, despite its name, is really more of a Chinese/Asian Fusion mall food court staple. It is, however, an excellent example of mall Chinese food.
All of their options are clearly freshly made and a great value - the $12.99 Pick 3 meal is a huge portion at a great price. It's almost too much to eat in one sitting - and I'm someone who really knows how to take on a big plate of food.

“Typically, Dairy Queen establishments with indoor seating aren’t are run down and serve lower quality ice cream than purely outdoor ones. Not sure why, but that’s I’ve experienced over the years.

This location, however, is very nice. Thanks to this DQ, I don’t have to spend the colder months craving a blizzard and can try all of the seasonal flavors. The ice cream is consistently good; I go here almost every week, and they never once skimped or served ice cream that wasn’t fresh. The seating area is clean and well maintained.“

“went to Jersey Mike's for the first time today. The Oaks or Phoenixville store on Egypt Road. Patricia from Drexel Hill waited on us. She could not have done a better job,from explaining the menu(sizes,breads, and choices) to making our delicious sandwiches (#13 on her suggestion and a club), she was AWESOME. I must say that Patricia was a wonderful spokesperson for the chain and is very good at her job. I like to give credit where credit is due, and she made our first(but not last) visit to Jersey Mike's extremely enjoyable.“

I chose to celebrate Whopper Wednesday on Thursday, and got a whopper with cheese and bacon, along with fries, drink, and Hershey's Sunday Pie, a sprite, and coffee. Whopper was wrapped nicely which made it easy to eat, without being too messy. One hand for the whopper, one for my fries. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom could be kept a little neater, but other than that the inside eating area itself was very clean. The kids playroom was clean. “This location prepared 30 catering boxes of subs and 4 boxes of fresh made chocolate chip cookies for me for a Christmas party I hosted today for our employees. The entire large order was ready on time when I picked it up and they provided all the condiments we needed. The manager worked through the night to have the subs fresh for us in the morning to pick up for our lunch event. Our group of 230 people enjoyed the special lunch? A great, simple way to show appreciation to our team! This location made it very easy!! I highly recommend this Hatfield Jersey Mike's for catering pick up! The employee (Mario) who helped me place the order the week before our event was very helpful too!“
