“The staff and the manager are outstanding. I love going in there. Everyone is so friendly. However, please be careful when it’s wet outside. The floors are horribly slippery. I witnessed an old gentleman just barely not slip and fall. I have slipped myself a few times, but never fallen. That’s the only negative of the place well run well managed wonderful people.“

“Sonic is probably my favorite fast food place. I love their popcorn chicken and wings. My only complaint is that if you ask to “customize” your order they will never do it and make it the exact way it should be normally. Whether I as for no pickles or extra sauce on the side, it never happens. I know this could happen anywhere but if I ask for extra cheese I would prefer if they say no, instead of saying ok and I still don’t get it. If you want a burger the normal way it comes then you’re fine. Of course I love the shakes and master blasts. If I get a medium or large I can save half and have it twice instead of eating the whole thing ands getting a belly ache.

With this specific location I majority of the time get great customer service & I know they're doing their best. When dining in it can be a bit messy because of how busy the place is. “I don't know why people think pulling forward to wait for their order is a bad thing. We have many customizations and items it takes a few minutes to prepare it. The owner of this franchise is a nice person and does fries and doesn't skimp on them. All the managers are nice and they effectively delegate. It's a great starting job for teenagers and it teaches you the responsibility of helping the business thrive. At times this job can be stressful, but you have to be willing to put in effort and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.“

As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. “I went through the drive thru this past Sunday afternoon. As soon as I pulled up and heard the new AI order taker, I sighed thinking it would be a pain but it ended up only misunderstanding one thing I said so it worked out well. Everything was correct in our bags, the food was great and the tacos were actually pretty big.
It was not busy when we went so maybe that has to do with it but I call this a win.“

“I would leave 5 but the night and weekend crew just aren’t as nice as the normal weekday team. The weekday team definitely cares more and the food is always hot and made right. The night and weekend don’t seem to care. Order light sauce and get it smothered in sauce in the evenings We even had a weekend order of extra cheese come with no cheese! The entire large order was ready on time when I picked it up and they provided all the condiments we needed. The manager worked through the night to have the subs fresh for us in the morning to pick up for our lunch event. Our group of 230 people enjoyed the special lunch? A great, simple way to show appreciation to our team! This location made it very easy!! I highly recommend this Hatfield Jersey Mike's for catering pick up!
