“The staff and the manager are outstanding. I love going in there. Everyone is so friendly. However, please be careful when it’s wet outside. The floors are horribly slippery. I witnessed an old gentleman just barely not slip and fall. I have slipped myself a few times, but never fallen. That’s the only negative of the place well run well managed wonderful people.“

“Sonic is probably my favorite fast food place. I love their popcorn chicken and wings. My only complaint is that if you ask to “customize” your order they will never do it and make it the exact way it should be normally. Whether I as for no pickles or extra sauce on the side, it never happens. I know this could happen anywhere but if I ask for extra cheese I would prefer if they say no, instead of saying ok and I still don’t get it. If you want a burger the normal way it comes then you’re fine. Of course I love the shakes and master blasts. If I get a medium or large I can save half and have it twice instead of eating the whole thing ands getting a belly ache.

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “I don't know if we got lucky, but my wife and I have stopped here a few times on our way out of the Philadelphia area for a quick bite and we have yet to have a bad experience - they have served some of the BEST Wendy's we have both had. The food is extremely hot and fresh, the fries are always perfectly salted and fresh, and the staff were really nice to us as we ordered and picked up our food. We had no complaints at all, it was a really solid time and we both said we wished this was our local Wendy's!“

“I would leave 5 but the night and weekend crew just aren’t as nice as the normal weekday team. The weekday team definitely cares more and the food is always hot and made right. The night and weekend don’t seem to care. Order light sauce and get it smothered in sauce in the evenings We even had a weekend order of extra cheese come with no cheese! “I don't know why people think pulling forward to wait for their order is a bad thing. We have many customizations and items it takes a few minutes to prepare it. The owner of this franchise is a nice person and does fries and doesn't skimp on them. All the managers are nice and they effectively delegate. It's a great starting job for teenagers and it teaches you the responsibility of helping the business thrive. At times this job can be stressful, but you have to be willing to put in effort and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.“

The entire large order was ready on time when I picked it up and they provided all the condiments we needed. The manager worked through the night to have the subs fresh for us in the morning to pick up for our lunch event. Our group of 230 people enjoyed the special lunch? A great, simple way to show appreciation to our team! This location made it very easy!! I highly recommend this Hatfield Jersey Mike's for catering pick up! The employee (Mario) who helped me place the order the week before our event was very helpful too!“

I mostly see Dianna, Raquel, Georgia, and Nick. They are all great 👍 I look forward to seeing them. Dianna especially because she loves my dog Daisy 😊. She is so good to Daisy and Daisy is always excited to s see her.

When I called to check on the status of my order I was told my order had been cancelled and they called me to inform me of the cancelled order. I claim I never got a call. I've never received sloppy unappetizing food, it's always neatly made, hot and fresh. The restaurant is kept very clean, these ladies are very organized and even on the very rare occasion there is an error, they quickly correct it, never sacrificing quality for time.
