Our drive thru experience was so amazing. My boyfriend and I were trying to find the grimace shake - we went to two McDonald’s and then finally we got to this location …TIM WAS AMAZING. He absolutely gave the best customer service ever and made our night it was the best! We left with two grimace shakes :)
4 out of 5 times had to pull into spot to wait for food going through drive thru. little annoying. aftet a while ince in a while its ok but it seems routine lately at souderton location.

For people saying the service is poor, are mistaken. I come here numerous times a week and go out of my way for this location. The team is friendly and I'd rather have fresh food. Their fountain soda is also the best. My experience has always been great, and if they have ever forgotten something, always make up for it. Just call and be kind.
