“I usually get a cold brew and sometimes a bagel. On this trip I bought a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a medium cold brew. Both were very good, I ordered ahead on the app using points. Service at this Dunkin is slow and they are typically not friendly.“

“Place has best bagels in the area by a mile. Only drawback is it's impossible to place a call ahead order. Either no one answers or you get strange prompts saying their line is busy even the phone doesn't even ring once. Really weird. So be prepared to wait on weekends.“

“I have a subscription to their coffee roastery - I recieve a 5lb bag of Espresso Roast beans every 8 weeks to use in my at home espresso machine. Their beans have ruined all other coffee for myself and my wife - we can ONLY drink Backyard Beans coffee. It is the best coffee we have ever tasted. The worst part is - we live in Alabama so we can only ever order it for delivery!“

“Interesting tasty coffee drinks, fresh baked goods and pastry, some hot prepared food. Great atmosphere and the outside seating area is especially kid friendly with toys already available. I also saw a big bowl of water for dogs so seems very dog friendly too.“
“Their drinks are great, but I’ve tried to order curbside pick up twice and both times my drink has been made and left on the counter inside with no one to deliver it to my car as advertised. Both times I’ve had my sleeping baby in the backseat, so the entire reason I chose this coffee shop in those instances is to avoid having to get out of my car to pick up my coffee.“

“The Grind is always an amazing place for both food and coffee! The staff is always super friendly and quick. They communicate everything going on which is so helpful. The staff is always working so well together and treat everyone with such kindness. We love coming here for Sunday brunch or a quick lunch and coffee break! Always great food and coffee!“

“I started as a frequent customer of Floral and hardy and been a customer since blossom started a few years ago. I feel so lucky to work close by, Flowers and Lattes! It doesn’t get much better then that! I saw Michelle the owner and explained to her that my daughter has been going through cancer treatments and I have been too crazy to make it in the mornings lately. So she took it upon herself to bring me my lattes on Fridays. Thats what blossom is. It takes a Village and Skippack is a special one!❤️“

Edit: I want to highlight the great customer service! I usually order a Cortado when I go to coffee shops and every time I come here the barista offers to make it for me although it’s not specifically on the menu. And every time, it is amazing, love it!!! The quality of the coffee is 10/10!!“

“Updating: I didn't expect anything to come of my first review, but was honestly surprised. I appreciate Hickory Sticks for correcting the issue with the mistakes/miscommunication that happened with the chocolate. Like I said before the ice cream was delicious!!!

I will start by saying the ice cream was delicious.. peanut butter pie 👌👌👌..but here is my reasoning for the 1 star.
1. The paper was stuck to the waffle cone and I had to throw out the bottom 1/4 of my cone which made me sad because I wanted to eat all of it for the price. I did not want to eat paper.
2. They had these containers of 10-12 toffees and chocolate covered PB pretzels on display. We got a container of each. No price. They rang up 18 Dollars each. 18 Dollars!!! No warning or head ups. Just $18 each.
3. Now if these items tasted amazing for $18 I would not be complaining. Buttt.... The fresheness was not there. The peanuts on the almond butter crunch were stale and the pretzels was not good either.
I wish I could say more positives but I can't. Never been more sad on a trip to get ice cream.... $60 later 😭“

“I go to this store faithfully every morning mainly i go through the drive thru but some days when the line is crazy long ill go inside to order... The lady that is always at the drive thru window always greets me so nicely. Always so upbeat. When i go into order the ladies inside are also very nice. Never had a bad experience! Service is pretty quick for the most part.“

“I went here this morning for the first time in a VERY long time. It’s my birthday, and all I wanted was one of their specialty lattes. It was me and my two toddlers. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The space is just as lovely as I remember, the service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the vibe was amazing. Oh - and the latte was better than I could imagined. If I could give one million stars I would. So pleased! Thank you!“

“When coronavirus hit, this is one of the few places I really missed. The staff is great, they go the extra mile to make you welcome and do their best to make sure your order is correct. The Starbucks products and name brand is also bonus but good people make good companies!

“The Atmosphere has four stars just because I PERSONALLY DONT LIKE GETTING STARES FROM CUSTOMERS. I HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I AM ABOUT TO EXPLAINThis Dunkin was the first ever place I went to get iced coffee for the first time. A man named Sam, who works at this Dunkin, is great. He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?
Parking: I never have a problem with parking.
Kid-friendliness: He’s good when talking to my younger brother. My brother is a big shy though.“

“I have been to many Starbucks locations, and this is my favorite so far! The did a great job at capturing the coffee shop vibe as a chain. The staff is always amazing and kind, and has created an atmosphere where there are “regulars”. Certainly not a stuffy/corporate feeling when you walk inside. “I moved to North Wales, PA in May 2022. I don't eat at fast food places & have never eaten at this McDonalds. However, I pass it on way home from everywhere & stop 2 or 3 times/month for a chocolate shake. The shake is always good & the service is always friendly & happy. So much so that I've been meaning to 'review' them for over a year now but am just now getting to it. Honestly. I've never stopped and had the service be bad or the shake 'taste different.' The consistent pleasantness of both the shake & the service is worth pointing out. :)“

“I don't know what anybody is thinking with their one-star reviews but the quality of the food here is 10 times better than your local Starbucks. The quality of the coffee is about on par. Most importantly though, is that it's about 30% cheaper than Starbucks.
The service is Self-Service until you pay and everyone has been really friendly every time I've been there.“

“Been to Starbucks all over and never left a review but I HAD to share how wonderful the staff is at this location. Every time I go here everyone is just so delightful and kind. Bobby took care of my drive thru order today. We exchanged light conversation while we waiting for my sandwiches to be done. He was so kind he gave my kids rice crispie treats at no charge for the wait and for our drive. Thank you bobby!!! Give this kid a raise :)“

“For people saying the service is poor, are mistaken. I come here numerous times a week and go out of my way for this location. The team is friendly and I'd rather have fresh food. Their fountain soda is also the best. My experience has always been great, and if they have ever forgotten something, always make up for it. Just call and be kind.“
