“For people saying the service is poor, are mistaken. I come here numerous times a week and go out of my way for this location. The team is friendly and I'd rather have fresh food. Their fountain soda is also the best. My experience has always been great, and if they have ever forgotten something, always make up for it. Just call and be kind.“

“Visited here for breakfast on a snowy morning, loved the vibe around, I ordered a Good Morning Wrap along with a Cortado Coffee and loved it! My husband ordered a Mushroom Toast and a Cappuccino, he liked the coffee but not the toast… the Mushrooms didn’t taste fresh or warm and felt was over priced!! Will definitely go back here for coffee if not for breakfast again👍Coming to parking, it is another issue they don’t have ample of space but a few and mostly occupied but they are located right opposite Ambler Septa Station. So you can park at the Station for a $2 fee..“

He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?

Parking: I never have a problem with parking.

Kid-friendliness: He’s good when talking to my younger brother. My brother is a big shy though.“

Today Adrian took extra time to help me when I didn't know what to get.. his kindness really made my morning. I got a bagel from someone else & they were really sweet even though we didn't have a personal connection.. they still made me feel good to be here. I can’t fully describe it, but he genuinely changed my day for the better—even if it was only for a few moments. It was a powerful reminder that you never really know what someone is going through, and that simple kindness can truly mean everything.

Since that day, I’ve been back to this Starbucks many times and have looked for him every visit. It wasn’t until today (December!) that I finally saw him again. I recognized him instantly—before even seeing his face. These are the kinds of employees every business needs. Bobby makes the experience better overall, even when it’s “just” a cup of coffee, and I felt it was important to highlight that.
