“The staff and the manager are outstanding. I love going in there. Everyone is so friendly. However, please be careful when it’s wet outside. The floors are horribly slippery. I witnessed an old gentleman just barely not slip and fall. I have slipped myself a few times, but never fallen. That’s the only negative of the place well run well managed wonderful people.“

Their beans have ruined all other coffee for myself and my wife - we can ONLY drink Backyard Beans coffee. It is the best coffee we have ever tasted. The worst part is - we live in Alabama so we can only ever order it for delivery!“

“I did not catch the name of the man handling the drive-through area of the Starbucks. However, he was very patient and understanding, even explaining what was in some of the coffee drinks. He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?

“Updating: I didn't expect anything to come of my first review, but was honestly surprised. I appreciate Hickory Sticks for correcting the issue with the mistakes/miscommunication that happened with the chocolate. Like I said before the ice cream was delicious!!!

I will start by saying the ice cream was delicious.. peanut butter pie 👌👌👌..but here is my reasoning for the 1 star.

1. The paper was stuck to the waffle cone and I had to throw out the bottom 1/4 of my cone which made me sad because I wanted to eat all of it for the price. I did not want to eat paper.

2. They had these containers of 10-12 toffees and chocolate covered PB pretzels on display. We got a container of each. No price. They rang up 18 Dollars each. 18 Dollars!!! No warning or head ups. Just $18 each.

3. Now if these items tasted amazing for $18 I would not be complaining. Buttt.... The fresheness was not there. The peanuts on the almond butter crunch were stale and the pretzels was not good either.

I wish I could say more positives but I can't. Never been more sad on a trip to get ice cream.... $60 later 😭“

“I went here this morning for the first time in a VERY long time. It’s my birthday, and all I wanted was one of their specialty lattes. It was me and my two toddlers. “I went on a whim one morning and boy this was one of the BEST breakfast meals I had in a long time. I love love to go out for breakfast at therefore I have gone to many places but this by far is my favorite place NOW! I told my husband about it and on Valentine's Day he had made dinner reservations somewhere and we had to cancel due to me not feeling well. Sunday we decided to do breakfast and he suggested to go to the place I had gone to the week before. I was like YES! I couldn't remember exactly where in the shopping center it was, so we drove around and then found it. When we walked in he was surprised on how nice and clean it was. I of course ordered the same thing I ordered the week before because it was out of this world delicious, cinnamon swirl pancakes and bacon. It comes with warm syrup which brings me back to times when I would heat the syrup up for my kids when they were little. The food is so good, a little expensive for breakfast but to me well worth it. The service was very attentive to our needs. I will definitely be back.“

“This Starbucks location is just down the street from where I live, and back in June 2025 I stopped by the drive-thru for a coffee on a day when I was really struggling. I was having a horrible day and truly just going through it when I met Bobby at the window. From the moment he spoke, his incredibly kind words immediately lifted my spirits. I can’t fully describe it, but he genuinely changed my day for the better—even if it was only for a few moments. It was a powerful reminder that you never really know what someone is going through, and that simple kindness can truly mean everything.

Since that day, I’ve been back to this Starbucks many times and have looked for him every visit. It wasn’t until today (December!) that I finally saw him again. I recognized him instantly—before even seeing his face. These are the kinds of employees every business needs. Bobby makes the experience better overall, even when it’s “just” a cup of coffee, and I felt it was important to highlight that.
