“The staff and the manager are outstanding. I love going in there. Everyone is so friendly. However, please be careful when it’s wet outside. The floors are horribly slippery. I witnessed an old gentleman just barely not slip and fall. I have slipped myself a few times, but never fallen. That’s the only negative of the place well run well managed wonderful people.“

Their beans have ruined all other coffee for myself and my wife - we can ONLY drink Backyard Beans coffee. It is the best coffee we have ever tasted. The worst part is - we live in Alabama so we can only ever order it for delivery!“

“Place has best bagels in the area by a mile. Only drawback is it's impossible to place a call ahead order. Either no one answers or you get strange prompts saying their line is busy even the phone doesn't even ring once. Really weird. So be prepared to wait on weekends.“

“I did not catch the name of the man handling the drive-through area of the Starbucks. However, he was very patient and understanding, even explaining what was in some of the coffee drinks. When we pulled up to the window to pick up our beverages, he was especially pleasant with a big smile and very helpful. Excellent customer service from this gentleman.“

He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?

Parking: I never have a problem with parking.

“I go to this store faithfully every morning mainly i go through the drive thru but some days when the line is crazy long ill go inside to order... The lady that is always at the drive thru window always greets me so nicely. Always so upbeat. When i go into order the ladies inside are also very nice. Never had a bad experience! “I went on a whim one morning and boy this was one of the BEST breakfast meals I had in a long time. I love love to go out for breakfast at therefore I have gone to many places but this by far is my favorite place NOW! I told my husband about it and on Valentine's Day he had made dinner reservations somewhere and we had to cancel due to me not feeling well. Sunday we decided to do breakfast and he suggested to go to the place I had gone to the week before. I was like YES! I couldn't remember exactly where in the shopping center it was, so we drove around and then found it. When we walked in he was surprised on how nice and clean it was. I of course ordered the same thing I ordered the week before because it was out of this world delicious, cinnamon swirl pancakes and bacon. It comes with warm syrup which brings me back to times when I would heat the syrup up for my kids when they were little. The food is so good, a little expensive for breakfast but to me well worth it. The service was very attentive to our needs. I will definitely be back.“

“This Starbucks location is just down the street from where I live, and back in June 2025 I stopped by the drive-thru for a coffee on a day when I was really struggling. I was having a horrible day and truly just going through it when I met Bobby at the window. From the moment he spoke, his incredibly kind words immediately lifted my spirits. I can’t fully describe it, but he genuinely changed my day for the better—even if it was only for a few moments. It was a powerful reminder that you never really know what someone is going through, and that simple kindness can truly mean everything.

Since that day, I’ve been back to this Starbucks many times and have looked for him every visit. It wasn’t until today (December!) that I finally saw him again. I recognized him instantly—before even seeing his face. These are the kinds of employees every business needs. Bobby makes the experience better overall, even when it’s “just” a cup of coffee, and I felt it was important to highlight that.

Atmosphere is great for studying on weekdays. Weekends, it gets loud and busy so I’d avoid doing work there on weekends.“
