“I have a subscription to their coffee roastery - I recieve a 5lb bag of Espresso Roast beans every 8 weeks to use in my at home espresso machine. Their beans have ruined all other coffee for myself and my wife - we can ONLY drink Backyard Beans coffee. It is the best coffee we have ever tasted. The worst part is - we live in Alabama so we can only ever order it for delivery!“

“The Grind is always an amazing place for both food and coffee! The staff is always super friendly and quick. They communicate everything going on which is so helpful. The staff is always working so well together and treat everyone with such kindness. We love coming here for Sunday brunch or a quick lunch and coffee break! Always great food and coffee!“

“Place has best bagels in the area by a mile. Only drawback is it's impossible to place a call ahead order. Either no one answers or you get strange prompts saying their line is busy even the phone doesn't even ring once. Really weird. So be prepared to wait on weekends.“

“I started as a frequent customer of Floral and hardy and been a customer since blossom started a few years ago. I feel so lucky to work close by, Flowers and Lattes! It doesn’t get much better then that! I saw Michelle the owner and explained to her that my daughter has been going through cancer treatments and I have been too crazy to make it in the mornings lately. So she took it upon herself to bring me my lattes on Fridays. Thats what blossom is. It takes a Village and Skippack is a special one!❤️“

“We've been long time customers. When we moved away from Phoenixville we were delighted to find out we could have our favorite Valerio Organic Sumatra shipped to us in Potter County. This is by far our absolute favorite. We get whole bean and grind per cup for our pour over.“

Edit: I want to highlight the great customer service! I usually order a Cortado when I go to coffee shops and every time I come here the barista offers to make it for me although it’s not specifically on the menu. And every time, it is amazing, love it!!! The quality of the coffee is 10/10!!“
“My brother and I were visiting the area for a convention and we decided to stop at this place for breakfast. It was fantastic! The Marshmallow Mocha Brew was the best coffee I’ve ever had and the pancakes were so delicious. Letisha was super sweet and helpful to us as well! We’ll definitely be coming back here next year.“

“I did not catch the name of the man handling the drive-through area of the Starbucks. However, he was very patient and understanding, even explaining what was in some of the coffee drinks. When we pulled up to the window to pick up our beverages, he was especially pleasant with a big smile and very helpful. Excellent customer service from this gentleman.“

“I have been to many Starbucks locations, and this is my favorite so far! The did a great job at capturing the coffee shop vibe as a chain. The staff is always amazing and kind, and has created an atmosphere where there are “regulars”. Certainly not a stuffy/corporate feeling when you walk inside. “The Atmosphere has four stars just because I PERSONALLY DONT LIKE GETTING STARES FROM CUSTOMERS. I HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I AM ABOUT TO EXPLAINThis Dunkin was the first ever place I went to get iced coffee for the first time. A man named Sam, who works at this Dunkin, is great. He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?
Parking: I never have a problem with parking.
Kid-friendliness: He’s good when talking to my younger brother. My brother is a big shy though.“

“When coronavirus hit, this is one of the few places I really missed. The staff is great, they go the extra mile to make you welcome and do their best to make sure your order is correct. The Starbucks products and name brand is also bonus but good people make good companies!

“I go to this store faithfully every morning mainly i go through the drive thru but some days when the line is crazy long ill go inside to order... The lady that is always at the drive thru window always greets me so nicely. Always so upbeat. When i go into order the ladies inside are also very nice. Never had a bad experience! Service is pretty quick for the most part.“

“I went here this morning for the first time in a VERY long time. It’s my birthday, and all I wanted was one of their specialty lattes. It was me and my two toddlers. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The space is just as lovely as I remember, the service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the vibe was amazing. Oh - and the latte was better than I could imagined. If I could give one million stars I would. So pleased! Thank you!“

“Updating: I didn't expect anything to come of my first review, but was honestly surprised. I appreciate Hickory Sticks for correcting the issue with the mistakes/miscommunication that happened with the chocolate. Like I said before the ice cream was delicious!!!

I will start by saying the ice cream was delicious.. peanut butter pie 👌👌👌..but here is my reasoning for the 1 star.
1. The paper was stuck to the waffle cone and I had to throw out the bottom 1/4 of my cone which made me sad because I wanted to eat all of it for the price. I did not want to eat paper.
2. They had these containers of 10-12 toffees and chocolate covered PB pretzels on display. We got a container of each. No price. They rang up 18 Dollars each. 18 Dollars!!! No warning or head ups. Just $18 each.
3. Now if these items tasted amazing for $18 I would not be complaining. Buttt.... The fresheness was not there. The peanuts on the almond butter crunch were stale and the pretzels was not good either.
I wish I could say more positives but I can't. Never been more sad on a trip to get ice cream.... $60 later 😭“

“The staff and the manager are outstanding. I love going in there. Everyone is so friendly. However, please be careful when it’s wet outside. The floors are horribly slippery. I witnessed an old gentleman just barely not slip and fall. I have slipped myself a few times, but never fallen. That’s the only negative of the place well run well managed wonderful people.“
