When we moved to Landsdale, PA, Starbucks was first on my list as it has been my go-to Coffee House for over 13 years. To my surprise, it actually outdid my previous Starbucks with its customer service, friendliness, knowing my name, as well as my Chihuahua service animals name. The store is spotless and every barista goes above and beyond. It is a wonderful feeling when you walk in somewhere and you are greeted by your first name. I love this Starbucks! Even when they are slammed with customers, they are always working hard and keeping a smile on their face. I witnessed a not so happy customer today being absolutely ridiculous with the workers and they handle it with grace and precision. I will definitely be back!

Today I walked into this Starbucks having a chaotic morning rush. Unfortunately for the employees, they were currently working down a staff member and starting to deal with some unsatisfied customers. However, amidst all this chaos, all the employees acted with such professionalism; letting all their patrons know, that regardless of being short staffed, that they are on top of getting orders out quickly as possible.
