“We went there Saturday July 12, 2025 to celebrate my MIL 92nd birthday...we had a wonderful meal and the service from Sadie (and all the staff) was top-notch!! We had my almost 2 year old granddaughter with us and she loved it too!! I would highly recommend going!!”

“My family and I had an incredible dining experience tonight at Umai. We had a special, Kinmedai aka Golden Eye Snapper that was so fresh and tasty, out of this world good! We also had a treat with broiled tuna cheek that was also outstanding. Otoro was so velvety and rich, spicy hotate, sweet ebi, unagi, fried crabs, incredible sushi rolls, savory Akadashi (my son ordered a second it was so good) and everything else we ordered tonight was just incredible. Thanks so much to Rae and his wonderful staff for one of the best meals I've ever had - the best sushi in this area for sure and such friendly excellent service to accompany it! 🙂 Thanks for such wonderful hospitality and all the extra goodies Rae. It was wonderful to meet you and sample the fruits of your masterful culinary skills!”

“We’ve been going here for 9 years now since we first moved to the area. We’ve been almost weekly regulars since. I’ll always say the crunchy spring rolls and chicken broken rice are the best. My dad loves the pho and pork fried rice, and I consider the roasted duck udon an underrated favorite (the broth/sauce it’s in is ridiculously good. I’ve been trying to find a place with udon broth half as good, and have yet to find one that beats it). The pickled carrots and water chestnuts and fish sauce on the side with the spring rolls and broken rice dishes are a big family favorite. We fight over who gets the last veggie slice.

My dad says their iced coffee and Thai iced tea are a million times better than anything Starbucks or any fancy coffee shop is offering, and isn’t remotely harsh on the stomach like most cold-brew coffee. He’s always saying he wishes they had a to-go window to get the coffee and tea before he goes to work. He thinks they’d make a fortune from it, especially for the price.

We love all the fresh produce that comes with everything, and that it feels like we’re making a healthier decision when ordering out for the week when ordering from here. Any time I make a new friend, I try to take them to Asian Legend for lunch to get them hooked on the place as well.”

“Have lived in Lansdale since the inception of this restaurant, and are amazed that we never knew of it’s existence until tonight. We started with the bruschetta and pasta fagiole, both very good. The veal Milanese was tender and delicious, accompanied by fresh mixed vegetables and potatoes, which were oven roasted to perfection. The lobster and crab ravioli was exceptional, served with a vodka rose cream sauce; and the pasta was perfectly al dente. Our server, Nicole, was friendly and very knowledgeable. She made wonderful suggestions and took her time describing the different meal choices available on the varied menu. We were too full to try dessert, but they looked delicious! (Next time!!) Topping off the experience was delightful live music courtesy of a very talented man named Calvin. We will be back and will tell our friends!”

Rachel worked with me on deciding on what would fit my budget and spent time wrapping all of them with a thank you sticker on the back for me to pick up later on. When delivered we were still missing food and when we contacted them they asked for us to pick up our food when we were not near and specifically ordered delivery. we were also not offered a refund or anything. Thankfully slice refunded us after contacting them. Our delivered item of chicken Parm was hard to cut into and was uncooked chicken which was disgusting and we ended up throwing it out.”

“Jaeda the Bartender doesn't just give amazing service, she's also a certified Grizzly Bear Black Belt. Picture this: I'm leaving Panico's late one night, and i hear a strange growling noise. At first i was worried it may be my stomach, but then i recalled the decadent fries ala cheese Jaeda had made promptly and served me with good cheer. Alas, it twas not my intestinal dilemma, but a full grown King of the Forest! Eight terrifying feet of Ursa Major bearing down on me. All puns intended. Just as i thought i would finally learned the fabled mystery of where the bear defecates in the woods, who should appear across the threshold of Panicos entrance, but Jaeda, with twin Katana blades at the ready. Tonya Harding would be jealous of the grace and elegance of her as she sliced through the air and guts of the furry invader. After leaving the battered carcass of the bear strewn thither, she came back to me, covered in blood and bear feces. I was glad, for i was covered in my own, and soiled mine undergarments quite profusely. Jaeda offered me basketball shorts that are 2 sizes to big, and a Bird's Jersey, as is the custom of the region, and walked me safely to my chariot. Definitely try the cheesesteak!”

“I have a subscription to their coffee roastery - I recieve a 5lb bag of Espresso Roast beans every 8 weeks to use in my at home espresso machine. Their beans have ruined all other coffee for myself and my wife - we can ONLY drink Backyard Beans coffee. It is the best coffee we have ever tasted. The worst part is - we live in Alabama so we can only ever order it for delivery!”

“Juice pod The Juice Pod Lansdale is my go to take out place! I call in my order so I don’t have to wait at the store. When I call, most often I’m addressed by “Hi Carrie — your usual?” How special to be greeted by name and they already know my order. This amazing employee, A is always so sweet and welcoming when I call or come into the store. She is the best and always brightens my day! Every time I arrive, my order is ready to go. My go to is the Knight Bowl (no Nutella with peanut butter) and my son always gets the dragonfruit bowl (and adds peanut butter). Their bowls are loaded with fillings and toppings! Their açaí bowls are so much better than any other bowl place around. Pro tip: Place your order ahead of time, pick up and enjoy! Oh and don’t forget to give them your phone number — every 10 orders and you have enough points for a free bowl.”

“Yesterday was the first time in over two years that I have been to Arnolds Way. What a treat it was to go back. A very conscientious and sweet young man waited on me. I chose the creamy mushroom soup to which he gave me a smiling nod. I chose a delicious flatbread to go with it. The combination was absolutely delicious the service was great. You can always count on gluten-free Vegan selections, as Arnold is very serious about clean food. With the place lacks an atmosphere it makes up for in tasty offerings. Arnold has been a dedicated nutrition guru for decades. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a meal at Arnolds. Fabulous food and great service.?”

“I used to avoid ordering from this place because their food used to taste bitter and greasy like they've been using 5 year old oil. I've order a couple of lunch orders last month or so. It's night and day.

Ordered on grubhub and food shows up piping hot as they deliver their own food and I live only a couple of miles away. They tasted fresher and not at all bitter anymore. $10 for lunch specials. Great price. I would recommend.”

“WEST POINT Deli is the best. You can’t beat their sandwiches or their prices. Best rolls around. I discovered them when they were located on West Point Pike. They moved to Sunnytown Pike and I continue to frequent their store. My office was very close, but I have been retired for 18 years and I still go back even though it’s a bit of a hike now. Definitely worth the trip?”

“When coronavirus hit, this is one of the few places I really missed. The staff is great, they go the extra mile to make you welcome and do their best to make sure your order is correct. The Starbucks products and name brand is also bonus but good people make good companies!

“Merrymead Farm was a great place to spend some time with the family. We stopped by for ice cream, and I tried the peanut butter flavor. It was creamy, fresh, and had a really good peanut butter taste. It was definitely one of the highlights of the visit.

After getting our ice cream, we walked around the farm and looked at the animals. We saw cows, goats, sheep, and other farm animals, and it was nice to be able to get up close and enjoy the farm atmosphere. The whole place has a relaxed, welcoming feeling and is a nice change from the usual places to go for a quick outing.

I especially enjoyed that there was something for both adults and kids. You can grab some ice cream, walk around, see the animals, and just enjoy some time outside. It felt like a simple but memorable family outing.

Overall, we really enjoyed our visit to Merrymead Farm. The peanut butter ice cream was delicious, the farm was fun to explore, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely come back again and try another ice cream flavor next time.”
