I ordered the steak rolls for a party, and they were absolutely delicious. They made our mini cheesesteaks a hit. I will be ordering from them again. It was super easy to place the order, you can order in advance.
Hearth Baker on North Broad Street, Lansdale, PA, knows from flour and water. Bread is their game, and they play it well. The shop space was smaller than expected. The left wall was full of wooden racks loaded with beautiful loaves of bread. They were large and extremely tempting. Drove by it for years, finally stopped. Friendly and patient staff, all three workers greeted and asked if we needed assistance.The variety of breads was phenomenal (they're happy to slice it, too!). Pastries weren't as plentiful in my recollection, but I am all about the bread, so....There is a Deli sandwich menu with all the usual cuts. Looks like lunch is a busy time for the staff.Will frequent more often when in the area.
