I couldn't give a 5 for atmosphere because we were the only people there. No noise level to compare.
Nice place that had home cooked vibe, especially when the chef came out to make sure my order was correct and to double check what I wanted. It was pretty empty which is sad to see as I think more people should check it out.
Great place to eat if you like Japanese food. Strongly recommend.
