“I accidentally did not order or note Gluten Free on my grub hub order. The food arrived and looked different than previous times. I immediately called and spoke to a manager. We reviewed the ticket and found the error. It was apparent the employee was more concerned with me not eating gluten than anything else. They could not have been more supportive and accommodating, offering multiple solutions. As a person with Celiac and often feeling unsafe or dismissed in the restaurant scene, this was beyond comforting.“

“We've done dine-in, takeout, and delivery from Abacus for several years now. Consistently good quality food and a very calming atmosphere when dining in. Also good portions and value for the money. Of note, when I ordered a bowl of egg drop soup - I actually got a full, giant bowl of soup. Not a giant bowl...with 10 spoons worth of contents hiding in the center, like a lot of other places do these days. I'm no expert on Chinese food, particularly not spicy food, but the House Chow Fun, Ginger Beef, and Lo Mein are all amazing if those are things you enjoy.“
