I moved away years ago but got some food again last week when visiting the area, it is still just as yummy as I remember it! I was a solo table but still treated like a queen with lots of servers checking in, giving water and smiling. The roast duck in black bean sauce on the cast iron plate was SCRUMPTIOUS. It comes with a healthy side of white rice and delicate, flavorful bok choi. The skin was crispy yet NOT oily or greasy. The CHUNKS of tender duck meat were excellent. The sauce was thick, savory and yummy. FOODGASM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The portion was so healthy that I was able to take a container home for lunch the next day. Then I ordered the Mudslide ice cream pie for dessert. PERFECTION. Dense, creamy, sweet but not cloying with nut accents, fresh strawberries and cream as garnish. Cool treat on a humid Summer night. When the bill came, I was shocked that it was less than $40. I did not order a cocktail because I wanted to concentrate on the food. I gave them a big tip and said I am absolutely returning. I am also addicted to their spring rolls too. Two perfect crunchy flaky rolls filled with a balanced combination of shrimp, cheese, and cabbage that you can dip in duck sauce or mustard or just enjoy plain.“

“Jade Spring is the best Chinese food in the area. The counter lady, Cindy, is sweet and a great worker. She hooks it up with the cookies and sauces 🙂‍↕. the wait is reasonable. The restaurant is bright and inviting. They don’t take card but their Venmo and cashapp links are clearly placed making card payments like that easy peasy. The food is always fresh, super tasty, and not to mention presented beautifully. They give the perfect beef/broccoli ratio. Today I ordered general tso beef+broccoli and LOVED IT. Probably gonna be my go to order now 😅I also love how they give a 3 pack of spring rolls, a lot of places only give 2.
