“This place is a hidden gem. The atmosphere made me feel like I was at home. There were a group of patrons at the bar who spoke to us when we entered letting me know this was neighborhood and friendly place. Carrie the bartender/waitress was absolutely amazing. The menu had an array of different seafood dishes. I got a large size of crab legs that were so fresh, my husband got the crab bites, fried fish, and carrot cake also absolutely delicious. The price was very affordable with our order and drinks and a couple of take out items that we wanted to take home to try that definitely makes this place a return visit. Even if not to eat but to enjoy happy hour with the friendly people of the 152.“

“We have been buying Dominican food from Rancho for the last 3 years. Be it for special occasions, pick up, dine in, small and large portions and we have never been disappointed. The food is delicious and authentic Dominican, service is friendly, price is reasonable. We ordered our 2020 Christmas dinner and it was all we expected, arroz con gandules to die for, the pernil excellent as usual, sweet plantains perfectly fried. And for the most daring the Ox tail is exquisite! Thank you Rancho we plan to continue enjoying your food! Ps. “So I’ll be honest…I was skeptical to host a 70th birthday dinner party here because of the mixed reviews on the food. However, the location and ambiance was what I was looking for. After expressing my concerns to Dave, he encouraged me to trust him and his staff…I’m glad that I did! We had 19 people and were in the back room. The place was clean and inviting. The flat bread and salad were a great start to the night. We had preselected a menu which consisted of four main entrees to choose from: chicken parm, brisket, crab cakes and chicken risotto. I intentionally asked everyone how their dish was and every person said that they enjoyed their meal (trust me, my family would not just say that). The portions were plentiful. The kids had a few choices from the kids menu and enjoyed theirs as well. The staff were very attentive and pleasant….Dave is quite the jokester :) I would absolutely trust them with another event and look forward to going back for a dinner visit.“

The owner was very nice and helpful because this was my wife's and I's first time eating there. We also got the Crabby Crab Fries with lump crab meat and homemade cheese sauce. My Wife Loved them. “We love this place! Laura's II was the only pizza shop I've been to in PA that's been willing to make me a BLT pizza. Coming from NJ, I'm pretty picky about pizza... this is my go to spot for great pizza, fresh food, and excellent service. The salads are always fresh, the stromboli and sandwiches are incredibly filling (they don't skimp on ingredients). Thankfully, they've added my precious BLT pizza to their regular menu now so I don't get weird looks asking for it anymore. It's delicious and you won't be disappointed with any of their meals!!“

“I had a graduation dinner for my daughter on Saturday, May 16, 2026. We had the upstairs room with approximately 50 people. The food was delicious. The service was superb. We had Mario, Marissa, and Jose with a few other helpers. The staff was amazing. I worked with Tony to set all this up and he was amazing to work with as well. everybody loved their dinners and many people said they will be back to eat again! “Very friendly staff with quick and attentive service. Relaxing atmosphere with live music out on the patio area. I wanted to try something new (for me) in the area and was pleasantly surprised. I decided to go out of my comfort zone and try something new to eat as well as I've never really had a taste for seafood. I ended up ordering the crispy calamari, the king crab, and some wings just in case I didn't like it. WOW! the calamari was very good and my mind was blown with the King crab. Their buttery sauce was a perfect pair with the crab. It was a great experience. 100% will return very soon for more!“

“We had dinner at Planchette yesterday in celebration of Father’s Day. In addition to my husband and myself, our daughter, son in law, and two adult grandsons shared the meal. The food was absolutely the best we’ve had in a very long time. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. The staff was wonderful too. Everyone knows it’s been very difficult getting and keeping staff since the pandemic hit. It’s a shame the folks that complained so bitterly about having to wait did not take this fact into consideration. We’d heartily recommend this restaurant for a fine dining experience.“

“Came this past Friday and sat at the bar with my boyfriend. Our first time there and we loved it. I believe our bartender/servers name was John. He was very nice and personable and the drinks were perfect!!! I can’t wait to come back. There are two other things on the menu I can’t wait to try. This time I had the shrimp pasta, boyfriend had steak and potatoes. Looking forward to trying the meatloaf and the sea bass. I really enjoyed it ❤“
