Seafood (shrimp burger, po boy) is exceptional in a friendly, corner bar atmosphere. They work very hard to take care of their customers but could use more staff.
Great service
Food was excellent but they were a bit short staffed. It a took a while to get our food. Lots of people drinking...Friday night happy hour. Older crowd but some families eating at tables too

152 Public House Restaurant and Bar is a hidden gem with a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The food is excellent, with an array of different seafood dishes. Customers enjoyed fresh crab legs, crab bites, fried fish, and absolutely delicious carrot cake. The menu is very affordable, even with drinks and takeout items. The place is a favorite spot for happy hour, Phillies & Eagles, and feels like one big happy family. The staff is always nice, with great bartenders Carrie and Colette, and the new owner Dan is always welcoming. The restaurant can be a bit short staffed, so it may take a while to get food, especially during Friday night happy hour with lots of people drinking. The crowd is an older crowd but some families eat at tables too. This is a return visit place, even if not to eat but to enjoy happy hour with the friendly people.
