“Our first time at Blue Olive was to celebrate a birthday and it didn't disappoint. The fusion of Mediterranean/Tunisian/Greek food was nothing short if spectacular. The service was incredibly friendly and gracious and the ambiance charming. We started with hot appetizers of roasted artichokes, pan fried Halloumi cheese, Spanakopita and an evening special hummus with spiced, minced lamb served with warm pita. All so delicious we were tempted to forego our main courses of moussaka, lamb kebab and delicious lemon/caper cod served over a bed of roasted root vegetable. Desserts, celebrated with a happy birthday candle on a scrumptious chocolate/hazelnut cake , walnut baklava and Turkish coffee made the evening complete. This BYOB gem is a culinary find and we will be going back soon.“

“We had a great anniversary dinner here. The staff are all fantastic and very welcoming. The service was prompt and attentive without feeling rushed. The food was amazing, highly recommend the lobster ravioli and when they have it, the branzino fileted table side. Lemoncello cake and tiramisu were perfection. Will definitely be back!“

“So I’ll be honest…I was skeptical to host a 70th birthday dinner party here because of the mixed reviews on the food. However, the location and ambiance was what I was looking for. After expressing my concerns to Dave, he encouraged me to trust him and his staff…I’m glad that I did! We had 19 people and were in the back room. The place was clean and inviting. The flat bread and salad were a great start to the night. We had preselected a menu which consisted of four main entrees to choose from: chicken parm, brisket, crab cakes and chicken risotto. I intentionally asked everyone how their dish was and every person said that they enjoyed their meal (trust me, my family would not just say that). The portions were plentiful. The kids had a few choices from the kids menu and enjoyed theirs as well. The staff were very attentive and pleasant….Dave is quite the jokester :) I would absolutely trust them with another event and look forward to going back for a dinner visit.“

“Very friendly staff with quick and attentive service. Relaxing atmosphere with live music out on the patio area. I wanted to try something new (for me) in the area and was pleasantly surprised. I decided to go out of my comfort zone and try something new to eat as well as I've never really had a taste for seafood. I ended up ordering the crispy calamari, the king crab, and some wings just in case I didn't like it. WOW! the calamari was very good and my mind was blown with the King crab. Their buttery sauce was a perfect pair with the crab. It was a great experience. 100% will return very soon for more!“

“The waiters are so kind and they are extremely attentive. We got the wonton soup, Szechuan chicken, and General Tso combo. All the food was delicious, the General Tso was made with a white meat too. They also have the original hot mustard and not the cheap stuff.“

“If you eat out often enough, you're going to have bad experiences. This was a special case where they "made it right." One of our meals was over-cooked and the manager caught it before they brought it out. He insisted the kitchen staff do it over correctly. He came and apologized to us directly, taking full responsibility. He made both our meals free. They were delicious and the service was great. We had the time, so it was a great experience. Highly recommend them.“
