Staff was sincerely apologetic about forgetting to complete my fairly large drive thru pick up order with two small shakes. The service staff and manager offered to upgrade the size of the shakes, an additional shake, and fries for the inconvenience. The drive thru was extremely busy when I went to pick up my order yesterday evening.
