Typically this location is pretty good, however, tonight it was subpar. I got a grande hot chai latte and it was only filled 3/4 of way if that and was WAY too hot. I’ve never had a drink from Starbucks or any place be served this hot. It was like they boiled water rapidly for 5 mins and put it in a cup for me.
Normally I don’t complain but with prices how they are, I want the company to know it’s not acceptable.

Drive through was super quick. Staff was very friendly and nice. My drink was very good and made very well.
