The food was very good the customer service was ok i heard alot of yelling in the back so i am wondering what was happening but the food was very good and it was clean.

Everything made properly, coffee is fresh.

Coffee being brewed on top of old one what makes the tase acidic.
Espresso drinks NOT FRESH they brew in advance to the jar and and to a drink without measuring so it could be weak or strong and not fresh.

This favorite Dunkin is a consistent location with always friendly, hard-working people keeping the morning line moving. They go out of their way to get it right, with plenty of workers on board during rush hours. The staff is polite, and someone is always wiping down tables, doors, or sweeping. They even remembered a customer preferred less cream cheese on a bagel after the second visit. One staff member likely saw a purse hanging on a chair and kept it safe behind the counter, showing great honesty and kindness. The food is always good, and Dunks has the best coffee. However, at this particular location, customers have to ask for napkins. Some experiences are less positive; one customer was told they would have to pay for tap water when asking for a cup, which they had never encountered at other Dunkin locations. Another traveler says their local Dunkin is one of the worst for service, always slow, with incorrect app orders, refreshers tasting like water, coffee to spill out, overcooked and dried out wraps, and stale muffins.
