First off , the lady there at night has 0 clue what she’s doing , I got food and it was still frozen , tried to tell her that and she straight called me a liar ….then proceeds to say “I made it it’s hot “ wouldn’t make another one , then closes the window as I’m talking. This place really has gone to trash over the years and it’s sad …
I thought that maybe I was overreacting, but when I saw the other reviews I knew that I was not wrong... These people are extremely rude and don't need to be dealing with customers... I would give this Dunkin less than 1star if I could.

the rudest, most hateful, most unprofessional establishment i've ever been to. don't you dare ask a single question to these horrible workers. place was also quite filthy and we are positive the milk was sour in one drink or had chemicals in it or something.
