Ordered a veggie Diablo with long hots and no extra seasoning. What got was some melted cheese, lame amount of eggplant, zero spinach, zero long hots. Hubby got a primos size turkey and cheese and asked for sharp provolone instead of American. He got American cheese and not a lot of meat. Really miss the old days when the hoagies actually looked like the pictures. Many other places to go to Thank God.
A little late on this review, just had to let Primo know that we had a wonderful experience at this location. Friends said it is recently under new management and worth trying. Let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! The hoagies were of quality, well made & fresh. The servers were attentive & helpful..Shout out to the young man who said he recently started & really likes his job! Was a welcoming atmosphere & clean! This PrimoHoagies location on Ridge Pike has great staff members that handle taking food orders and fulfilling the food orders with ease. Usually if I order online, the order is always ready when I arrive. Even during busy peak times. Keep up the good work on the high quality service. The food was worth the money. 👍 -Good Luck In 2026 & Beyond.
