“I go here a few times a week and have never had an issue with my order. The food is always good and the coffee is always what I ordered. I mobile pick up and will go through drive through to get it. Thats the big issue though - the drive through logistics. The parking lot and location is so poorly designed. Cars spill out onto the main road. The drive through line blocks all of the parking spaces so parked cars can't leave. It's just very poorly designed. Overall, I'll still go here a few times a week!“
“I bought a cheesecake and a chocolate birthday cake. Amazing!! The cheesecake was so so rich and creamy. I love how they wrote happy birthdayv and then a little design on top. The chocolate cake was so good, the flavor of the chocolate was just amazing, my daughter was trying to guess what kind of chocolate it was. This is the 2nd year I got birthday cakes there and will buy from them again next year!!“
“Great staff, atmosphere, and decoration. HOWEVER, the donuts are below average. The fillings taste fake, Cisco based and overly sweet. The dough is ok but something I wouldn’t go out of my way for. I really wanted to like this place too if that puts you in my mindset.“
“These donuts are fantastic! The flavors are fun and it’s hard to choose just one. The woman running the counter was so accommodating and made sure that I got my tea exactly how I wanted it, which I’ve really never been asked before. There’s a spacious seating area inside too, which we took advantage of! This is definitely my new go-to donut spot.“
“Giving 5 stars because Dotty's is excellent at what they do... Even if many of the flavors are over the top and I don't actually like them. LoLI'm really loving the savory doughnuts though! I didn't think that they would be as good as they have been. :-)“
“These are some of the best donuts that I have ever eaten. I love the blueberry fritters. The service is efficient, when they are long lines. They move pretty quickly. While the other people behind me online make me feel rushed, the staff do not.“
“I know most people who visit probably want mochi donuts but I highly recommend their cream donuts! They have a variety of flavors I got the strawberry shortcake one and it was delicious! Light, fluffy, and not too sweet. We got these to go and baked them in the oven which made them even better. Mochi donuts are kind of common now so I would recommend trying the alternative for something different:)“
“We stopped by for the donuts and Korean corn dogs and the food was amazing!! The donuts are so good we finished them and we might get more before we leave. Super soft and fresh! The place was really cute and very clean, they also had samples of a donut to try while we were deciding.“
“after long morning of walking, finding Federal Donuts open with some seats open was the welcome sign i needed. the coffee is served hot which was much needed on a a particularly cold winter day. paired that coffee with an old fashioned glazed doughnut. the coffee was standard good coffee, fresh drip coffee is always a win in my book. the doughnut had the right amount of sweetness and softness without being saccharine or mushy. the space is very clean and neat. there’s seatings for groups as well as these old school classroom type seats for solos. the vibe by staff was friendly and welcoming. doughnut + coffee + being off my feet for 15 minutes was just what i needed to recharge for exploring the vastness of Philadelphia.“
“Federal Donuts are multiple steps above. Anything else you may have tried before. They are across between cakes and donuts such that the flavor of the don't you pick is embedded within the dough. While there is flavor glazing on the top, what sets these donuts apart is the fruit and other things that you find inside increasingly intensity of the flavor. Duck Donuts don't even come close the federal doughnuts.“
“Their bagels are freshly made on site....And way more reasonable than the overpriced hipster epicenter across the street. All baked goods are freshly made on site.Their coffee is ok ... Not exactly pour over, but whatever....it's Lancaster Avenue.“
“Duck donuts has the BEST donuts! They are made fresh and are nice, warm, and taste amazing. Everyone I show this place is always asking to come back and get more. Not only that but the service is always wonderful. Josh is super friendly and welcoming will answer and questions and is super helpful. Thank you Josh you’re the best! Always recommend this spot“
“This place is the definition of hospitality. A rarity in today's market. My gf and I started coming here. We saw it a while ago and for some reason just started coming here. And we absolutely wish we came sooner. When I say this place is A1, it's because Mom's has got you. The ladies here got the hot n cold food. If you hot, well they got dozens of drinks options; you gotta go drop off em kids n need somethin warm in the AM come here for coffee n tea.I'm telling you this place a rarity cuz it's the last few of a dying breed. This place respects it's patrons and people respect this place cuz they are for the people; the everyday people who need a warm meal in the AM, or a fresh midday snack. They got what we need.Thank you to the few ladies that hussle in that kitchen keeping me fed, for the best prices, and for the kindness and love fr. No matter where I may be in the city, I'ma always come back to Mom's.Y'all are a blessing.“
“They serve excellent donuts, with 40+ different varieties. They serve fry cakes, which are can be hard to find at other donut shops. The people are very friendly too. This is my go-to donut shop from now on. Street parking was very easy on a Sunday morning.“
“This place was so cute! My sister is a foodie and will only eat donuts from Federal Donuts. I was happy she took us there because it was very yummy. She even got a donut for the next day and it was still good the next day. The service was great. I could have been in a rush and didn't notice or see, but I wish there was more coffee options to enjoy. I can't wait to visit with my husband.“
“Delicious donuts with a great variety of flavors. Well known in the neighborhood & my church uses them frequently for events! The owner is kind and friendly. Our orders are always fresh and ready to go when we arrive! They have a home feel and a bunch of regulars who get to come in, get a hot cup of coffee and a yummy donut!“
“Located in the Reading Terminal and part of another stand (looks like they share staff) so I had to get help from the other stand's employee. You would miss this spot as it's in one of the corners away from the higher traffic Stands. They have a couple of other locations with the main one at Rittenhouse Square.Everything in the case looked good but the Sour Cherry Sea Salt cookie stood out. Cherry was tart Vs sour and chocolate chips with Sea salt made for a unique and delicious cookie. Raspberry Bars had a not too sweet filling with the perfect crust and crumble topping.Waited for a minute to get the goods as again the kind lady was supporting a couple of areas. Will definitely return and check out their main location for more selections.“
“The Atmosphere has four stars just because I PERSONALLY DONT LIKE GETTING STARES FROM CUSTOMERS. I HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I AM ABOUT TO EXPLAINThis Dunkin was the first ever place I went to get iced coffee for the first time. A man named Sam, who works at this Dunkin, is great. He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too. This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?Parking: I never have a problem with parking.Kid-friendliness: He’s good when talking to my younger brother. My brother is a big shy though.“
“I had to hit Federal Donuts. Pictured is their Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Donut (in my mind, it's the healthy option). The Apple Cinnamon donut is a spiced cake donut, a sugar oatmeal glaze, apple cinnamon drizzle, and toasted oatmeal crumble. The icing perfectly paired with the oatmeal. A great breakfast donut!“
“I was so.pleasently surprised, coming from Philly to suburbs, how this Duncin Donuts was very clean, the lady worked by herself and still provided very fast,, polite,, pleasent customer service.. Very well supplied Duncin Donuts with many fresh bakery items,, all types of coconut water refreshers and coffee,, coolants. My experiences with several Philly Doncin Donuta lately was completely opposite. Highly recommending this location for excellent service and variety of drinks, and fresh food.“
“Steve is awesome! He is very respectful and welcoming to everyone, great coffee fresh donuts and very respectful! I have lived in this neighborhood all my life and Steve and his wife are amazing people, they are very nice, funny, and very respectful! I come here every morning, my son loves this little donut shop, one highlight of his morning is going to see Steve and get his donut and juice!“
“This Dunkin location is a bit on the small side but everything is great. The food is good and prepared with care.We placed a large order ahead of time and obviously it needed some time for them to prepare.Lots of breakfast sandwiches (egg, sausage, and bacon ones), hash browns, donut holes, and coffee. The location had a great aesthetic. Modern but warm and inviting. All the other patrons were friendly and patient during the wait. There aren't many vegan options here - a couple bagels with avocado or plain/dry; and coffee - not much else.“
“AMAZING DONUTS. I was doing a random visit to this neighborhood and stopped in here. The ladies were very friendly and warm. I got a few of the apple filled. When I got home and finally sat down to eat them I was taken aback at how SOFT and fluffy the dough was. Very good not too sweet and very soft!!!! I will be back to order a dozen next time. Half Boston cream half apple filled.“
“This is the cleanest Dunkin’ Donuts that stay stocked in the morning and fresh this is the best Dunkin in Upper Darby so far, and they don’t have attitudes at the front like we wasting they time looking at the menu. I recommend to come. My husband and I come on his days off and that is our morning walk routine.“
“I stopped by this West Philly University City location at around 600am on a Saturday morning. There was fully accessible parking right outside the door and there was a line of about 5 customers which moved with precision. The counter person was very professional, welcoming & patient. I asked her various questions about the menu & she took time to fully listen & provide explanations with the crowd that was constantly moving in & out. The atmosphere was bright & bustling. The food was fresh. The store was clean. I will visit this location above all the others that I have visited & highly recommend that you try them whenever you have a chance for a great experience.“
“By far THE BEST DD around. I used to stop by this one all the time but no longer take this route. There are days I’ll literally drive past 3 other ones just to come to this location. They are always consistent and super friendly! I wish I had the same vibe closer to where I live. Thank you for being there when we need pick me ups!“
“I've been to this Dunkin just twice 6 months apart & both times The Middle Eastern young man thought he was a riot by saying No donuts (in the middle of the day). For those who drive off & don't wait for his Will Ferrell like non punchline, punchline, DD loses money.“
“Cool selection of donations! Digital ordering like at McDonalds. Then everything happens very quickly. Quality is very consistent. The coffee is good but not great. The waitress is very busy with a police officer who gets his donations like in an American movie? Here we were approached by a bizarre gentleman who told us even more bizarre stories. So all in all an exciting experience that makes the very American chain interesting! (nothing invented!)Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, at ground level“
“I am not a big fan of dunkin coffee ☕️ but for some reason I like this location. They listen to the customers carefully, so don’t make any mistakes which is unlikely for other DD locations. Staff are friendly and talks nicely with everyone. I hope they do it with all the people that visit this location.“
“Best quality of coffee in Philly, would drive a few miles here than somewhere close bc of how good it is, and how the coffee is persistent, good customer experience, clean store. You can taste the difference in quality here compared to other Dunkin’s. ?Parking: parking lot ?“
“I normally have a problem at the Dunkin I go to because either with the app or with the service and miscommunication between the staff. At this place, I didn't have a problem at all and the service was fast! It's small in there, but I was able to get the last table. It's very comfortable there!!“
“It’s not a regular Dunkin’ locations, instead it’s located within a gas station store. Not much space for parking and crowded most of the time. Staff working here are usually good people. But whole arrangement is different than any other convenience store.“
“I come to Dunkin every morning and Justin always greet me at the drive through window with Good Morning and a smile . Justin also make sure that my order is always correct. I appreciate his professionalism and great energy and look forward to seeing him every Morning.“
“New place. Came here via FB event, "Cars & Doughnuts". Small independent business. Pretty good mochi. I had a creme Brule mochi and a chai tea. I didn't like the Boba balls, tbh I don't get the fad surrounding them. Good service, they're gonna need more workers for sure, I can see this place getting popular. The chai was awesome, way better than any other place of recent memory. The mochi was good too, not too sweet like pastries you would find at a DD or Wawa. They didn't hurt my stomach and were quite pleasant. I will be returning.“
