I came in yesterday and had a really good experience. Even though they were pretty busy, the employees were still friendly, welcoming, and kept everything moving quickly. My order was made right, and the service was great from start to finish. You can tell the staff works hard, especially during the rush. Definitely one of the better Dunkin locations!

I got the last pumpkin muffin they had and it doesn’t have icing as advertised but worse than that, it’s raw in the center.
