“I came into this Cafe for help with a credit card account. Despite there being no one there who worked with credit card accounts, the employee who assisted me, Emma, was incredibly helpful. She tried very hard to help me resolve my issue, helped me call customer service, tried to talk to them for me, helped me file a complaint, and even made some very helpful suggestions regarding the matter. I feel as though she went above and beyond to help me, even when she didn't have to. I would absolutely come back again.“

“This is currently the only Vietnamese spot in the mall, located upstairs by the food court. It’s a canteen style setup—you order at the counter and help yourself to condiments at the self serve station, so don’t wait for a server. They’ll give you a number and you’ll pick up your food when it’s ready. I tried the Short Ribs Deluxe Pho and the Banh Mi, both were pretty good, and the short rib portion was huge, I even had to take some home.“

He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?

“I moved to North Wales, PA in May 2022. I don't eat at fast food places & have never eaten at this McDonalds. However, I pass it on way home from everywhere & stop 2 or 3 times/month for a chocolate shake. The shake is always good & the service is always friendly & happy. So much so that I've been meaning to 'review' them for over a year now but am just now getting to it. Honestly. I've never stopped and had the service be bad or the shake 'taste different.' “I came in to get coffee and work for about 2 hours while PECO turned off the power at my house for tree work. I work from home so I thought Starbucks would be a good place to work in this instance. The music was so loud that it made it very difficult to concentrate and hard to participate in the short meeting I had scheduled. I'll find a co-working space instead next time.“
