“I have enjoyed this place since it opened! The staff is magnificent. They are personable and take care of you! The atmosphere is wonderful. It is a wood decor. There is not a lot of seating inside, but there is ample seating outside. There is a good size parking lot (approximately 15 spots) and more parking right out front. The food and coffee is wonderful! The lattes are not extremely sweet of the syrups I get. This is a preference of mine real and strong coffee locally roasted!“
“Really a unique experience. Food was amazing and fresh. Happy to see someone willing to take a risk with their food and not open a restaurant that's just like every other place in the area. There are plenty of pizza places around and they all serve the same restaurant depot food. Steel Penny is top notch!“
“I tried their Veggie Melt and it was delicious, we also had someone coming over and asking if we like the food (I believe he was the owner, but not sure). This just shows that they care for the quality of their dishes and also care about their customers!Everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese is my personal favorite!Vegetarian options: Veggie MeltsBagels and cream“
“Hella good, hella fast. Staff is both efficient and kind, food is delicious, even nearly packed with people the atmosphere is cozy. Highly recommend!Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple places on the curbside for getting up in a wheelchair, and people will help with doors and make room where needed.“
“Love this cafe!! My go to order is a cappuccino with oatmilk, sweet ricotta toast, and avocado ricotta toast. The toasts are always done really great-- bread is soft, ricotta is creamy, both avocado and fruit are so delicious. Everything is made with care. Space is great to catch up with friends or do some work. Highly recommend!!“
“I chose to have a few dishes catered by Simply Delicious for my Easter dinner and everything was great. Scalloped potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, and a beautiful salad topped with fresh fruit and more. My guests raved about the food! Tina was wonderful to work with. She was also able to make these wonderful dishes gluten free so our guests with dietary restrictions could enjoy them. I will definitely be back! Thank you Tina!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available“
“Place was meticulously clean, obsessively clean almost. Quieter than other places so good for conversation. They were well organized and worked hard, but always with a pleasant smile. Food was thoughtfully prepared, and tasty. We will.be back!“
“I was walking down conshy and I saw this cafe I never been to and decided to went in. The atmosphere was super cute and the owner is very sweet and recommended the brown sugar boba for me. They had tons of pastry and I couldn’t help but to get a few and try their avocado toast! Everything was delicious and definitely coming back. “
“It’s a small quaint brunch place. I’ve never had anything but the spinach avocado toast. As long as they sell it I will only get this dish…. It’s that good. The toast has gotten smaller and obviously less avocado spread because of this. It was still satisfying. Plated beautifully.“
“I know this is a coffee shop but don’t sleep on the toasties! Look at that cheese pull. Immaculate, much like the cleanliness level of the shop. The guys that work there are all real stand-up dudes. But definitely get a toastie.Kid-friendliness: Just don’t be obnoxious and bring your entire stroller inside. There’s not room for that. Don’t lie to yourself for the sake of convenience. Not gonna happen.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible but bathroom may be hard to get to when they’re busy due to space limitations“
“Good ice cream, nice people. Pricing was...Well, $6 for one scoop of ice cream with a cup or cone. No toppings. Mind you, the ice cream wasn't bad, but there was really nothing special about it.It is a local business, so I understand.I got mint brownieBasically mint with brownie chunksIt was goodThey have cool conesThere's a blue oneParking: Parking is fine, you can park in the street or in a parking lot with a 60-ish second walk away.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, staff politeWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible, steep steps. Not that it helps, but there is a kinda rough sidewalk that could get a wheelchair to outside of it“
“This bakery was recommended as the best place for tres leches cake in the area and it didn't disappoint. I got a neapolitan and it was absolutely delicious! It was so fun to have three different cake flavors in one! I can't wait to go back with my family and sample some “
“I am VERY picky about my coffee , it has to be the perfect color not too light , not too dark..it has to have a bold yet not bitter taste and let me just simply say , this place knows how to do coffee! Not only was the coffee so good , but the service was unbelievably friendly which you rarely see these days! Go here , give it a try!“
“This is my first time here, and I adore the interior and cozy atmosphere. The croissants were incredibly freshly baked and delicious. The selection of hot and cold drinks is impressive. I plan to revisit this bakery regularly (but bringing my reusable cups if there's an option to use them). The only thing I would like to suggest is using regular ceramic or glass cups. I was quite disappointed to see single-use cups exclusively.“
“We finally visited our friend, Daniela, at Merenda Box. Her Brazilian treats, both savory and sweet, are amazing! The Queijo Waffle-wich (a breakfast sandwich on a GF cheesy waffle) was my favorite! But honestly, we all loved everything! And trust me when I say we tried it ALL!!Local friends, if you’re in Conshy, you MUST check out Merenda Box!!“
“I ate their fabulous macaroons before but my first experience as a customer spent time with my friends and drink coffee was excellent. The owner was so polite and friendly. He answered all of our questions. Definitely, go there next time with my husband. Small, lovely, and quiet place.“
“The food is so good. This was my first time trying this place and I will definitely be back regularly. The restaurant is larger than it looks from outside, there is plenty of seating and parking was not a problem. I ordered the chicken shawarma platter and the baklava cheesecake. Do yourself a favor and order 2 of the baklava cheesecakes. I regretted only ordering one when I got home.“
“Start off by saying I got a parking ticket because Ambler doesn’t know how to draw lines for parking spots. Besides that, this place has one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had! On top of that, their coffee and lattes are phenomenal. The atmosphere and service were great and you felt very welcomed to be there. We will definitely be going back there again and again.“
“Empanada Noshery is a flavor-filled journey to Central/South America! This cozy spot offers a variety of authentic, mouthwatering empanadas. From traditional favorites to innovative creations, there's something for everyone. The warm hospitality makes you feel like family. Don't miss this local treasure for a taste of Central/South America in our North Wales neighborhood.“
“The baked goods are truly nothing special - not bad, but not standout. The staff tries their best, but it’s very unorganized in terms of service and checkout. They also don’t control the room, so lots of cutting and general entitled city folk behavior.Parking: Free on Sunday - usually lots of street spaces, just gotta circle a bit.“
“The crepes are great, and there are plenty of good vegetarian savory options, especially looking at the build your own option. The side salad is a highlight! We also tried the French toast crepe, which has an egg incorporated into the batter. Interesting. The espresso is good but the cappuccino is weird; they don't pour the milk through the crema at all, so it's mostly foam on top of a single shot. It can be folded through but I think next time I'd just get an espresso here. I really like that they have reusable cutlery and crockery, and service is brisk even when they're crowded. They also have a bunch of pastries if you're looking to grab and go. No parking lot but free street parking up to two hours. Friendly staff.“
“My wife, adult daughter and I visited for the first time today. As Francophones and French speakers, we were pleasantly surprised to hear some of the staff speaking French and how authentic this place is.The food, while slightly pricey, is WELL worth the trip. Haven't had a croissant that good since the last time we were in Paris. And the eggs were amazing - perfectly savory.Only negative is the tight squeeze. Recommend you only go with one other person, as all the tables are 2-tops. Chances of seating 3 or more people together, like us, was a challenge on a busy Friday. We were squeezed, for surePerfect place to go on a cold Sunday morning, pulling up a table for coffee and brunch.Parking: This place only seats about 25 people. No parking lot available, but street parking was ample at noon on a busy Friday“
“Stopped in for an espresso; my friend had a peppermint mocha. The espresso was excellent--fruity and vibrant with some caramelly undertones. My friend really enjoyed her peppermint mocha but said that it was not terribly minty. The staff was friendly, and they had nice seating if you could get it. They were very crowded when we visited. They were brewing Reanimator coffee, a solid choice.“
“Everything was great at the jem, ordered a breakfast platter with bacon as my choice meat. I was surprised that they didn't cheap out in the bacon. There were more pieces than I expected, and I was definitely not upset about it. The atmosphere was really busy, but the food was still right on time. Coffee was piping hot, and the wait staff was nice. What more could you really ask for? We will definitely be returning.“
“I love stopping in because the coffee is that good. The cafe can be a little crowded and noisy but in this virtual world it is nice to take a break from the house to work elsewhere. They even have some outside seating. Staff is always pleasant and they have a great selection of coffee and tea beverages.“
“I frequently ate at Elcy's Café and had coffee there. It's a convenient local coffee shop where you can grab breakfast before your commute. The environment is both professional and welcoming. I had a great time at Elcy's Café. The only thing I dislike about this place is how pricey it can get. All things considered, though, this is a fantastic neighborhood café with stuff available.“
“It's a very decent restaurant and my first impression was good. The restaurant provides a chic ambience, and it's decorated nicely. It gives a crisp and clean atmosphere for it hasn't even been six months since it opened last year. Service rendered was very good. Our server was polite, charming and efficient. Our food came out from the kitchen fairly quickly after we placed our orders. As is often the case for me, I tried Pho Tai for my first visit to establish a baseline for the goodness of a Vietnamese restaurant. Unfortunately, Pho Ngon was only just about average for me.Pho broth was very decent, but it wasn't the best. The beef was a little tough because it came out of the kitchen pretty much well-done. As for their Pad Thai... chicken was significantly under-flavored and had some texture issues per my wife.My pursuit for the best Pho in the area continues.Parking: There is ample parking space in this shopping center.“
“‘feine is great! I came in the day of a large company meeting needing a LOT of coffee, and they made it happen! I spoke with the manager, who said they do catering and scheduled more coffee for the next day, which they delivered. If you’re looking for a local place with great coffee to cater, give them a call and they’ll take care of you.“
“Excellent service with a smile. Freshly made smoothie with real fruit. Board and card games available at tables. Had alot of fun with my kids. Must try the Mr. Wish waffle treats!!!Kid-friendliness: Board games at tables to playWheelchair accessibility: No stairs“
“We stopped in for a late breakfast & coffee! The young lady at the register was very nice & polite. She explained items when we had questions. Both meals were so good & fresh as well!! The place has enough room to sit & enjoy your meal, enjoy a cup of coffee with a friend or even do some work all while enjoying a nice fireplace.“
“I enjoy Highpoint so much. The food is always delicious. I love the savory quiches. I’m pretty plain ordering herb tea or decaffeinated coffee. On the day we went there was only one staff for a very busy and full cafe. I hope the owners pay their people well and wish they had a plan for a sub to help out. Our barista was working very hard.“
“Parking: Parking Lot AvailableService: Cashier was friendly and quick to take our orders. We received our drinks shortly after.Atmosphere: Not too busy. Good place to chill, have some tea and do some work.Food: They also have food similar to all the other Kung Fu Tea’s. Food may take a little longer to come out as they are made upon order and not premade.Drinks: We got the Honey Oolong Milk Tea with Bubbles and the Honey Oolong Milk Tea with Herbal Jelly. Even though there are Kung Fu Tea’s everywhere, this location tastes better than the majority of the other ones.Verdict: Recommend coming here.“
“Enjoyed a lovely solo breakfast at this location of the Turning Point franchise. After deciding to forego a visit to another nearby breakfast place, my trusty GPS and a quick scan of yelp led me to this gem, nestled at one end of the inviting Shops at Valley Square shopping center. Absolutely no complaints from my first visit: The staff was pleasant, welcoming and accommodating; food was on point-tasty and prepared as ordered-I especially liked the light and fluffy pancakes and the bright and tangy salad greens; atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I will most certainly be back to check out more of their offerings!“
“Absolutely homey place for brunch. I've always driven past for years & decided to stop in when my husband & I were lazy to make breakfast. Everything was exceptionally cleaned & service was prompt and friendly. The menu was no frills but it was delicious! I ordered waffles with a side of bacon (which were deliciously crunchy!!) and my husband ordered the farmer's omelette. We'd definitely come back, no question.“
“Been in the area before but never actually stopped in and then my friend recommended this place for us to chill and complete some work. Seats were available in the front however, we decided to go to the back and sit. They have two (very clean) restrooms available.I ordered the BLT with the chipotle sauce, it came with a bag of potato chips. I also got the tropical green tea (hot). Everything tasted great.“
“Me and some friends took a small trip to explore the shops on Chestnut Hill and found ourselves in this quaint Coffee shop.Atmosphere:Simple with not to much décor, seating towards the back, and a overall comfortable vibe. The employee was very nice and helpful with helping us decide on a drink. Presentation was beautiful as seen in the attached photo.Overall I could see stopping back here if I find myself in the area again.“
“This is my favorite breakfast spot as I can bring my dog with me! My dog gets very excited when we get out of the car since she knows there are dog treats inside. Oh...and the people food is great! Love the Sunrise sandwich with Siracha mayo.. fresh made eggs, tasty sausage ona brioche bun. Gets very busy weekend mornings, but the staff keeps the food and beverages coming.Parking: Lots of parking across the street in the Septa lot. Only cars at this end are for Wake!“
“Love this cute little coffee shop! I ordered a white mocha chai latte and an everything bagel with cream cheese. The service was excellent. My beverage was so delicious and exactly what I wanted and the bagel was perfect. My cousin for the crumb cake and a coffee and she said the cake was just the perfect amount of sweetness. I’m not a fan of most local coffee shops because I never find a coffee or chai I fall in love with so best believe, I will be back for some more chai!“
“Welcoming atmosphere. Quick service. Yummy drinks. The menu online seemed longer than what is initially presented but I did see extra menus on the side. The POS system seems overly complicated. There's 3 different entry screens, two for the customer & one for the staff. Had to redo my order 3x to get it to work properly.“
“I stopped in for a quick lunch on recommendation from a lady in town and man she was right. I got a cheesesteak and fries. Their fries were unique and tasted delicious as well as the cheesesteak. Food came out quick and service was good as I sat at their bar. Also enjoyed a piece of homemade fruitcake while there. Definitely recommend it and will go back if in the area again!“
“Sweet cozy place! Convenient to SEPTA Regional Rail, pick up and go! Quality beverage cups! Lids fit, solid build, and good sleeves that ensure a smooth beverage experience! boutique offerings and friendly staff. Management is always working hard to maintain quality product and service offerings! Cheers to #“
“Another hidden gem of PA!Such a great place for the tea lovers! Good selection of teas, delicious meals (guys, the scones were just out of this world!!!), spotless service, antique building, beautiful interior and cozy English like atmosphere make this place unique! Big thanks to the owner and the staff! We had an unforgettable time at The Talking Teacup!“
“The Starbucks stands out as a fantastic spot, offering excellent service, top-notch coffee, and a pleasant ambiance. The staff consistently delivers exceptional service, making each visit enjoyable. The quality of the coffee is reliably great, and the overall environment provides a comfortable and inviting space for relaxation or work. This location is a gem for those seeking a delightful coffee experience in a welcoming setting."“
“KC was great and the food is always good. You can tell they do good food by the amount of times we are next to a weight lifting group eating.Coffee is great and the French press options are worth going back for trying each one.Vegetarian options: AbsolutelyDietary restrictions: Seem to be very accommodatingParking: Drop one member of the party at the door and go find a parking space.Kid-friendliness: So nice and kid friendly“
“Overall, a solid 4-4.5 rating. Coffee is very good, can be better. The decaf is brewed for a nice, smooth drip coffee. The breakfast sandwiches are great, including the Philadelphian and the Californian. Must say that the Avocado Toast stands out, with excellent seasoning that differs from most places and great accompaniments.Vegetarian options: Many veg options for breakfast.Parking: Street parking, paid for 2 hours. At times easy, others hard to find.Kid-friendliness: Friendly, really accommodates kids and babies.Wheelchair accessibility: Decent-sized entrance with flat interior and wide ways.“
“More than just a protein shop!! Hector is so knowledgeable and welcoming. Amazing and welcoming environment with games, art, music, and of course so many creative protein/ health shakes teas smoothies and more. Reasonably priced. Love the seasonal drinks “
“I really like this coffee shop. The food is great, you don't feel rushed when looking at all of the flavors that they have, and it feels like home. It can feel a little bit messy upon your first time with everything there, but it's a small shop so it can get a bit cluttered.“
“One of my favorite places for breakfast. I'm not a coffee connoisseur but if you are, this is definitely the place to go. I usually go early and most of the time there is no waiting line. If you like this place you can also surprise your friends with a gift certificate from Turning Point.“
“Went shopping in giant and really was craving a coffee that wasn’t high in calories, walked up and asked the barista if she could put something together for me, she did with no hesitation and was super sweet! Loved it will definitely be back!“
“Probably the most beautiful Starbucks I've ever seen inside; if it weren't for the logo put up, it would pass as a local coffee shop.Vegetarian options: It's coffee and teas, come on. ?Dietary restrictions: It's just coffee and teas.Parking: It's in a plaza, there'd plenty of surrounding park lot areas if you can't get something in front of the store. There's so many people coming and going though, it's not much of an issue; there's also a Drive-Thru if you're in a hurry.“
