We go often to this Starbucks, service has definitely declined. ☹️. The staff is no longer as pleasant as they have been in the past.
Both drinks was make incorrectly. I let mine go but we did have to have the other remade as it was way too sweet. New barista in training. She was sweet and was trying.
This store is wonderful but the baristas are so rude whenever you order online 2-3 mins before showing up at the drive thru for pickup. It’s not the customers fault that your corporate sucks and tracks your window times to make sure they’re perfect.
